Very beautiful hotel. Equipped. Big rooms. We were given a room with a relatively old air conditioner so the room wasn't always cold enough on the hot days of the Philippines. And they had a glitch in the hotel with the internet. But apart from who it is a great hotel.

The weak Internet connection. And the weak water stream in the shower as well.

Room was relatively big and comfortable. Easy to find hotel. Wide parking space. They have a small restaurant but you can easily order food from outside through Grab.

Not very close to malls or shopping or cafes. You have to take a car or cab. So you are pretty much inside. This will improve if they have a gym in the hotel. There is also a small convenience store in the same compound.

The staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Everything in there needs to be bought, I think it could have been better if they provided standard condiments as well like toothbrushes (disposable) as well as toothpaste that in other hotels are normally provided with the same price range.

The room was very clean and everything worked as expected. There's a restaurant with reasonably priced dishes.

I didn't find any restaurants near the hotel. If there had been I could have eaten there too

The place is clean and neat. The staff were accommodating.

No hair dryer to use and no free toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. I chose my preference during reservation that I prefer a single bed, but they have given me a room with 2 beds.

Rooms are spacious, staff is very helpful and friendly! Food in restaurant is good and pool is very nice. Very nice hotel for the price!

Easy access to town and only 24 minute ride to the airport.

I was traveling with my 87-year-old mother. It was hard for her to walk around the hotel due to the lack of or not having disabled accessibility from the front into the lobby and restaurant area. The staff had to lift my mom down the steps. The floor was quite slippery. Traveling with the elderly in the Philippines is quite a challenge.

It was clean and the staff are easy to talk to.

The breakfast is not included in the booking. Its a bit unusual for us since we often have an automatic free breakfast to any hotels we book.

Newly no free water in bottles anymore, no toiletpaper in the cabins of restaurant, still noisy old window aircons instead of modern electronic Hitachi DC Window-inverter for example, no international TV channels except CNN, newly 500 PHP security deposit until checkout, still no breakfast buffet like before 2020…
