I liked the location and there is a coffee/resto on the first floor. However it opens at 10am. The sheets are indeed clean. The room and toilet are also clean. I liked the veranda as well. The TV was working but the remotes were not functioning well especially for changing channels. We later found out that it was better to press the buttons on the box instead. Overall, it was a good experience, we might book again in the future.

I disliked the location of the beds and the air conditioning placement. The settings do not seem to match the display. It felt either too hot or too cold because the fan cannot be turned off?

The room has a veranda. It was useful for my friend who smoke.. 😅 The location is GREAT, it is near NGC where we were able to attend the Tanduays fest where we were able to watch Elly Buendia perform to the residents of Bacolod. It is also near to Merzci pasalubong store, and other establishments like banks, supermarkets, etc. All of the staff are OK too, they are welcoming and easy to talk with when we are asking for directions and recommendations. They are the one who suggested us to go to the Tanduay fest. The facilities are ok too such as the aircon, the TV/cable and the shower has a heater.

No elevator. It was a little hard going to our assigned room which is on 3rd flr. The hotel provides two wifi connections but after connecting to both wifis, there is no internet. Not sure what was the problem. We have mobile data though and will be staying for 1day only so we decided not to raise it anymore. The water supply in the shower is too low or maybe set in low pressure. Again, we didnt raise this since we only stayed for 1day.

The place's cleanliness exceeded my expectation considering its price.

At first, I was a bit discouraged that the triple room I booked at booking.com wasn't the one reserved at the property. However, the frontdesk clerk went out of her way and made an effort to make us stay in the triple room as what was booked in the website. Also, the aircondition isn't so cold.

Really clean room and comfy bed. Bathroom facilities were also good and a nice TV to watch before bed. Overall really good value for money.

Location was the greatest but a small inconvenience really.

the staff. we came earlier like 3:30 am. then we requested if we can early checkin. she said at first no. then we waited. then she initiated to talk to her manager then they allowed us and charge for early checkin. it was perfect. that girl on april 14 duty at 3:30am was super nice. the room is clean. they provide us free toothbrush toothpaste, cottonbuds,water and shampoos.

I've experienced 3 blackouts over my 1 week stay. 2 of which the generator was activated immediately but the other one I had to wait some time so I could sleep again with the a/c on.

I love how welcoming the staff plus linens and bathroom are epic clean. Given it's just an overnight stay for 3 adults

Uhmmm the room location further back it felt claustrophobic

The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very helpful.

The location isn't really convenient and it's quite far to the center or to the port.
