I have stayed at Go Hotels Bacolod several times and its been consistently good. The daily rate is budget friendly, the hotel is very accessible to a major mall and the airport is reasonably near. Staff are always pleasant and even though parts of the hotel are being renovated, it didn't bother me at all.

I was getting emails that I should update my credit card details with Go Hotels (I verified with them when I arrived and they said this is not their policy) which is obviously a scam and this is a big disappointment since I've been using Booking for years already. This is the first time this happened and I even still got the emails even after checking out. I hope Booking management can fix this since I am now not sure if I will use Booking for my next trip.

Your staff, in the afternoon shift I checked in last Feb 20, 2025, and she was very attentive and she explains well about the issue of my booking.com. She checked that I needed to pay the hotel room and in case of double charged, I just needed to e-mail the hotel. I am sorry, I forgot her name. Your security guard is beneficial for carrying my luggage; there is no need for me to call his attention. I was even offered a water to drink because she noticed I was catching my breath while waiting for my room to be available.

We had a fantastic experience during our stay, especially in terms of comfort, room service, and the staff, who were incredibly friendly and always approachable whenever we needed assistance.

Initially, we encountered an issue with our room assignment, as we had booked three double-bed rooms, but were given two double-bed rooms and one single twin-bed room. The hotel didn't have an additional double-bed room available on the 2nd floor, and they couldn't offer us one on higher floors due to ongoing elevator maintenance. Fortunately, the receptionist was accommodating, and we agreed to have the third room on the 3rd floor. The issue was eventually resolved, and no one was inconvenienced during our stay.

Location wise, it's in the heart of the city. Robinson mall is a walk away, transportation is nearby such as taxi and jeepneys. You don't have to worry about foods as they offer breakfast too (with additional price) Grab foods are quite fast and there are hawker vendors outside the hotel. There's a cafe across the road too. If you're looking for a posh one, this place ain't for you. It's suitable for people on business trips and a quick get-away. Also, prices/night is affordable. The hotel is very straightforward for bag packers and overnight stay. Nothing too fancy. Amenities, very limited. Staffs are friendly and polite so that's a catch. Place is clean. Just a reminder, for those in the front- it would be lovely to give out your warmest approach. Some guest can smell sincerity miles away. We get that you're tired and probably must be doing this for a long time now but we, the guest, need a relaxing place to respite after a long day too. We appreciate you going outside the box and not simply talking to us in a scripted manner. But if that is how you market the service, go ahead. Its cool too lol Our gratitude goes towards the staffs stationed at the lobby. These men made our stay delightful by doing their job with a heart. Have a great day!

The front desk staff were always accommodating no matter what hour of the day, laundry services were very helpful, the breakfasts in the restaurant were very convenient for our large group/missions team, the large lobby area space was perfect also for our group to hang out in between appointments. The mall being only a few steps away from the hotel was super convenient, especially for dinner and shopping!

Rooms were on the smaller side, but they were comfortable. Would be nice to have more space for luggages and to hang up clothes.

We were upgraded to a superior room which was bigger and had a open closet to hang clothes. There was a restaurant within the hotel that served breakfast, which was very convenient.

The water from the rainfall shower head was going in all directions so we called the maintenance person the next day to fix it. There was no blackout curtains so the room was very bright during early mornings. The restaurant was not prepared for the number of guests and often ran out of items in their menu, and there a day when there was no coffee creamer.

There is no breakfast/Mess Hall/restaurant/ the only available for breakfast is a small cafeteria (I would assume it was a tenant to be their restaurant) small area sometimes need to wait to be seated after other guest finished their breakfast.

You really get what you paid for. Even though it is small, it is good for us since we are just there to sleep. The location is near downtown and you just need to ride an ejeep for you to reach this places. Although the place is really old, it is still clean. Love the staffs' services.

Nothing, actually. I mean we got to pay less than 1500 for two nights. If I'll be going back to bacolod this is a place to stay especially if you're in a budget.

The place was much improved from our last visit. The bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and smelled fresh. The AC was cool. There was no blackout curtain so the room was very bright during the day. Check in and check out were a breeze.

The water from the rainshower went on all directions so our first shower took a long time. There was no door to the shower area so the entire toilet floor was all wet after our baths.
