I liked how the room was designed. It was so cozy and so clean. They also have a mini honesty store which surprised me.

When I arrived at the unit, a family was occupying it already. I had to tell the property manager that I booked that room with booking.com. They had to ask the family inside to be transferred to a different unit. The pool is not for free. If you wish to use the pool of the condominium, you need to pay for it separately at the property.

The room in general was good...but smaller than I expected.

The suite could use some upgrading. The shower door leaks. Needs to be chalked again. The toilet runs after being flushed. The vinyl floors are quite scratched There was a very unpleasant odour under the kitchen sink. Maintenance could do a better job of cleaning the suite. There was a very annoying string of LED lights around the TV. I couldn't find a switch to turn them off..so I unplugged them. The tenants across from us were making a lot of noise after 10 PM. Not a good location if you are looking for cheap eats. You will need to take a grab.

My in-laws loved the place and my wife and I overall were very impressed with how modern, stylish, clean and fresh the whole establishment was. The establishment itself is not yet fully built but I can tell you now that my wife and I are very excited about the future of this place once it has been fully built. Furthermore, the staff was superb! Top-notch and very professional. They not only gave a very warm and friendly welcome to our family but also made sure that they would arrive safe and sound. I have not seen this level of customer care for a very long time which is why I was very impressed. Our many thanks and appreciation to all of the staff at Azra Bacolod.

Im Evelyn El-sakhli. my husband booked me in azra together with all my family. From the moment i arrived in the airport sir ryan and ms. marianne made it all beyond my expectations all their exceptional service. The place, the room, the staffs and security are all excellent. it feels like home when you are in azra. i would like to thank you sir ryan and ms. marianne who made my stay in bacolod full of memories. i will book again here in azra for all my future vacations. it is even better to stay here than in a hotel. for me, it doesnt matter actually the place, but what it exceeded in my stay is the considerations to let my family stay without any problems. their customer care is beyond limit specially sir ryan and ms. marriane. you are the hidden treasure of azra. thank you.

The apartment is equipped with new furniture, kitchenwares, and complete toiletries. It smells good too! If you are coming from the north, the location is good for you. Lastly, Ryan did a great job during our 2-night stay, he is very accommodating and approachable.

The WiFi connection disconnects between 3:00 am and check-out time. I took two units, and both experienced the same. Ryan tried to troubleshoot it but it didn’t work. Also, there is no double lock for the one-bedroom unit.

Very clean, comfortable, well equipped and practical cozy, modern studio with all the amenities from a functioning Netflix to a washing machine and a well filled fridge with reasonable prices. There’s also Ryan who actually welcomes you, is very considerate and totally uncomplicated and makes your check-in and stay so much easier and just the little bit more enjoyable. Thank you again for your support 😊 The studio iss located inn an area in thehe northern part off bacolod where some buildings still are under construction. Despite that the stay was calm and this with an open window.

No real idea what to improve here, maybe some bigger glasses to drink the offered water or the drinks. If you need anything Ryan will take care of it🙂

I really liked how spacious and clean the property was. Everyday the care takers would clean the yard and surrounding area. There was also plenty of room inside the house in general, large kitchen and dining area, large and clean bedrooms, clean bathrooms etc. Wi-Fi connection was decent enough. My favourite thing about this place however were the resident cats!! A bit aloof and cold at first but warmed up to us eventually 😊 There were about 7 of them that I could count and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff kept to themselves most of the time but were friendly and approachable.

No bins in the kitchen (inside the house). Found a tiny cockroach in the main bedroom toilet :( I am deathly afraid of them which is why I had to put the score a bit lower. The place was clean though but I guess because it was Bacolod, one can’t help that one critter crawl in. One other thing is that if we would come home late, we had to ring the doorbell which would wake up the staff so they could open us. We apologise for waking them up at 2am at one point but there was no other way we could get in as the gate was locked from the inside. I guess this is for safety reason but I still felt bad for waking them up.

It was an awesome stay, we were assisted nicely and the room was very clean, complete amenities and I like the idea of the honesty store very convenient. It was our 1st family vacation and thank you so much for giving us a home, thank you for making our Bacolod experience comfortable and relaxing.

Not really "didn't like" but more like areas of opportunity. Maybe, have more parking space because we really want to go back. Actually I think this will be our go to home when we visit Bacolod

lovely & clean. loved the well set up kitchen. we were able to cook a meal! washing machine an added bonus. heaps of fans & aircon for comfortable stay. good wifi & TV connections. lovely swimming pool. amazing staff, so helpful & friendly. we hope we have an opportunity to return & see the complex in its finished form!

there was nothing we didn't like!

The interior is excellent. It is so clean and it got all we needed. From Cooking and kitchen utensils to toiletries! :) They even have board games; fast internet; netflix! :) The bed is soo comfyy!! plus the hosts are soooooo nice!! 🥰

That moment we stayed, under maintenance ang pool. Pero its not the control na of the host. :) And we enjoyed bacolod naman kaya ok lang.
