The price and the value its really nice I’ve been spending many nights in hotels in Philippines that one was so nice and feels like high quality with any parameters And the breakfast was the best one I had all around hotels in the Philippines And over all the staff r so nice so kind and really have high knowledge about service and talking with customers We came here after hospital and the situation cost a lot of attention and sensativity and they really know how to make it happen And we felt like we r the only guest here and they let us feel so comfortable and good I really appreciate it It’s hard to find it specially when I m talking of 120usd (around 6k php) a night I wasn’t expecting that So I m highly recommend that hotel and really appreciate and love here I m sure I’ll visit here in any time I’ll be around

House keeping is a bit keeping messy after clean but generally ok

Famous breakfast did not disappoint. Dining at restaurant - good menu choices and great service. Spacious room. Rooftop swimming pool and massage service available.

Successfully cancelled a more expensive booking from 3rd party services. Still got charged twice. I was able to resolve it only after I booked again in February, not via email inquiry. Was promised a discount in the future.

The room, location, and the breakfast area were all excellent. The food in the hotel was always good and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We enjoyed other hotel facilities also, such as the bar, poolside restaurant and pool.

there was always a very long wait at reception, compared to the other hotels we stayed in. Sometimes all 4 people at reception appeared to be working on the same thing, rather than dealing with 4 separate people. We often found service at the pool restaurant was also slow. Worth the wait.. but slow.

I haven’t been to Bacolod in over 25 years. I stayed at L’Fisher hotel last time I was there and recognized it still there. wow, it was bigger and had more to it. A great breakfast buffet to start. Some places throughout Philippines offer breakfast buffet, but really lacking. The L’Fisher had and egg station for any type, a bread toaster, fresh pancakes or waffle. more local fare too. all any could want. Then, it’s location just outside the downtown, where so much building is still happening. A near by mall of Robinsons and all the other big ones downtown. There are many business and home sites done and in the works. it is really a growing town. I’ve said all that but the hotel is the best I’ve stayed throughout the Philippines. I don’t buy the upper top rooms, but this felt this way. plus for those that like, the Casino is connected here also.

Only one thing to tell would be the top floor is really hot, but then escape to air con room.

We were given a room that very different from the pictures on Book.com. It was very old, musty, and had only one bed, not two as shown in the pictures. When we requested a change in rooms, we were moved to a better, newer room with two beds. Seemed strange. Hand towels were not provided on the second day.

Great selection on breakfast except that the chef should make a point of testing the food that he puts out..for example corned beef is always salty, adobo is sweet ,beef with onion is sweet and last always keep the station full guests should have to ask if they have anymore..

Morning crew and night crew have 2 different rules as a guest I should not be told that I have to pay for a cup of ice not a "bucket " cause the fridge in my room was not chilling my drinks coming from the USA I'm used to ice cold drink...

Great breakfast buffet. Bellhop and doorman were very kind. Check in was easy. Rooms are very spacious.

Covers looked old and very stained, carpet very old and stained. Towels need replacing. Bed mattress is bad and sinks in the middle. Very uncomfortable rest. Not the best soap or toiletries provided. Check out wasn’t as smooth as it can be. The lady made me wait awhile and I have a standing disability, while she “checked my room”… what is there to check??? She didn’t tell any other guests that.

The late check-in went smoothly and the welcome when we arrived and walked through the door was good. The breakfast buffet had a great spread. Also, the front desk staff was helpful to get us to catch our grab ride.

The shower placed within a tub, made it hard to enter especially with bad balance.

Having been built in the late 80's, the design of the hotel remains the same. The room is a bit dated; wall sockets for charging are far from the bed. Elevator is small.

Staff friendliness and helpful. Location to the fast craft boat terminal is great too. Only a few minutes a way. The breakfast was buffet had a lot of choices.

Too much rules on casino dress code. Im sure they can attract more customer if the rules on it would be less strict. More players means more money flowing in.
