This is an older model; but, it was clean, the bed was comfortable, our room had a microwave(we didn’t use but I’m sure it worked) and a good size refrigerator that kept our drinks nice and cold, the owners and staff were very nice.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom toilet was VERY short. An upgrade to a taller ADA compliant toilet would be good and with water conserving flush would save water and cost.

Spread out guests and quiet not a lot of bad stuff going on safe to stay for a night or two with your kids.You get everything you need and nothing you dont which is reflective of the price but still cant complain just an all around good experience for a stay in a pinch.

Better tv and remote would be nice and the only channel we wanted to watch (cartoon network) did not work bed was a little hard but just a little. Everything else is great especially for the price 9/10

Curtains had to be shut all the time due to the sun. Would have been great if there was shutter blinds so can let in some light and still have privacy. If the curtains were opened everyone can see in the room

We were in town for a funeral. The Palace Motel was clean and updated for an older motel. Staff was super friendly. We stayed two nights and the room was cleaned perfectly for the second night. Loved the small refrigerator and microwave. It definitely met our needs.

Pillows and towels could have been a bit nicer but not a major complaint about that.

Absolutely everything! The room was very spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable!

If I had to say anything negative it would only be that I wish the bed had four pillows instead of three!

Nice place to stay for 1 night if you are on the road driving somewhere. What exceeded our expectation was the price for 1 night. Thank you.

It was quiet and clean. One of the better places in De Queen to stay.

Needs updated but for a cheap place with friendly staff you can't ask for better. They are definitely more friendly than any place in town.

Location is perfect and quiet. The staff or awesome and extremely polite and happy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I travel 200 plus days out of the year and I would recommend this place to everyone. I have stayed there several times and it's like home.
