The cleanliness. of the room. The staff was polite and attentive. And the area was nice and quiet. The train passed a few times but I couldn't hear it. There are a few reasonable big box stores in the area that are good for purchases, as well as fast food places. I truly enjoyed my stay.

A proprietor came knocking on my door under the ruse of making a phone to the office. Actually, he was checking to see if there was an animal in the room since there is a no pets policy. And I do not care for pets at a hotel/ motel establishment, anyway. My opinion.

We came to this place looking for something CLEAN and economical just as a place to basically sleep, in late out early. To our surprise this facility was immaculate, smelled amazing when we walked in! The exterior may be "dated" but the inside made up for it. Don't judge a book by its cover! It's right off the highway, great location! The customer service was phenomenal! I can't complain about one thing!

There's nothing I didn't like.

Clean room at a very reasonable price. We were there for a weekend fishing trip and needed somewhere to stay that had outside outlets for the boat. There were outlets right outside the door. The refrigerator/freezer unit in the room was a nice surprise. Rooms were clean, wifi was free, big tv with plenty of channels. I would stay there again for sure.

Towels were very rough and small. Walls are pretty thin as I was awaken at 3 am by my neighbors.

For the price, this is without a doubt the best hotel around. It’s 16 miles from Texarkana so I stayed here to stay out of the city crowd and riff raff. Had everything you need and very quiet location. Will be staying here again, in fact every time I make my trip there. The owner is very nice and accommodating.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, nice bed, everything we needed to stay down here while visiting family. Definitely worth it, we will stay here again!

For the price, there was nothing we didn’t like, it’s not fancy but we didn’t need fancy. Perfect for what we needed.

For the price, it is worth it. A little outdated, needs some minor maintenance. But the water was hot, the bed was comfy, and it's right next door to ez mart where my son could walk over for snacks (his highlight).

Easy access. While the facility is dated, it is very clean and everything worked. The internet reception was excellent.

The shampoo packets were very difficult to open. that is really the only thing that I could think of to give constructive criticism about. Everything else met or exceeded my expectations.
