I was actually too late getting downstairs for breakfast, but the staff was able to provide us with muffins which we greatly appreciated. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff were very friendly, helpful & accommodating! We would stay at this location again.

My only complaint is that we didn't get a walk-in shower in our bathroom. I can't remember if I specifically requested handicap accommodations, but my sister would have been able to utilize the shower better if it had been a walk-in shower. She was grateful that there was a handicap bar on the shower tub.

I love the clean environment. The fact that you offered meat for breakfast other than Beef or Pork was key. I believe that sets you apart. The staff was exceptional. Everything I needed in a room was available unto me except TNT! It wasn't my first stay and it will not be my last, when I'm in town. Everything was clean, fresh scent, modern & very well kept. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure your customers are very satisfied.

My room was right across from the utility closet and I was able to hear everytime the door opened or anyone talking passing by. I wasn't able to rest as well. I searched for TNT to watch the All Star Game & it wasn't available! 😞.

Loved the cleanliness, the updated look, the staff was SUPER nice. Everyone I had an interaction with and as I sat and ate breakfast on the continental breakfast which was free, I observed staff and they were as nice with one another as they were with me and other guests. Also, it smelled wonderful throughout! And great bathroom amenities! Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion! New towels and wash rags, the room was extremely clean, the whole hotel was!

Well maintained, comfortable and smelled good. Best property we stayed in on our road trip.

Orange mold on shower head, wiped off with towel. Housekeeping just needs to spray and clean with virus’s killing product when cleaning bathroom. Noticed it when showering, woke up with gunky eyes

The bed was comfortable and the location was great.

It was loud at night. There were people yelling and making noise and a dog barking. There were also a couple of annoying gnats in the room. I couldn’t even eat my food in peace.

Generic decent place to spend a night or two. Clean professional and convenient. Helpful staff.

Minor issue: Staff were caught up in their own world, and did not engage as courteously a they might have. This is a minor thing, because really it all worked out okay.

The staff was friendly and professional. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. There were several items to choose from at breakfast and they were all good. We had a great stay, and we will be returning. 

We got a nice and big room. We traveled with a dog and he was comfortable too.

I accidentally forgot a jacket in the closet and they never called me to say anything. :(

Clean

Everything was fine. The clerk at the desk was very helpful. Our booking through Booking.com was never sent to the location so we paid the hotel directly. I suppose I paid twice and it was cheaper on site. Thanks for nothing Booking.com.

The breakfast was great and we really appreciated that it went until 10 am. The room was very very clean.

The biggest disappointment was the pool. We were not told anything and assumed it was open, we stayed in July so it should have been cleaned and usable. However, there were hoses all over, piles of debris on the pool deck, and looking down from our room we could see it was filthy in the water. Our kids were bummed.
