The customer service was excellent in every area. It was comfortable to stay there. Once I put fresh sheets on the bed.

The sheets were dirty. I had to go to the front desk to get clean sheets before I could settle in. We arrived late, so that was frustrating. The front desk person was kind and gave a $20 discount for the night. The internet kept going off the latter part of our stay. Maintenance came to fix, but it went down again. That was really bad because I wanted to finish the series I was watching and I don't have Showtime at home.

When you travel with your dog it’s more challenging. The property is very dog friendly. Nice grassy areas and poop stations. There is a Longhorn steakhouse across the parking lot just steps away. We did take out because of our dog. The room had utensils and dishes plus a table for two. Perfect after a very long day of driving.

The Man who checked us in went above and beyond. He was so accommodating and really deserves to be recognized. I do not know his name but he was the only one working the front desk the evening we checked in, and was there the morning we checked out. The continental breakfast was awesome and the facility was very clean. Everyone was so friendly and really went out of their way to get anything you needed.

Staff was very helpful,friendly, and welcoming.Very clean room, great breakfast choices with different options each day. Spent a lot of the time in the lobby with the family playing games because of rain and the staff was great!! Definitely will stay again in the future!

The only negative feedback would be no channel choices but that was due to a switch over with their TV's and the pool wasn't very heated but the kids still had a blast either way.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The people there were so nice and the food was excellent if we ever go through there again we will be stopping by . The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable along with the pillows. We had such a wonderful night sleep it was so quiet, Hope to see you in the future.

We liked everything about residence inn by Marriott.

Breakfast was despicable. At $200 a night did not expect the poor selections Marriott certainly overlooks this . Frozen ready to heat products. Had anther stay booked and canceled it . No value there

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the patio area it was amazing. The room was beautiful and turned was so comfortable. The stay was awesome

It was clean, location was convenient and surrounded by different restaurants and shopping areas, and parking was easily available, additionally the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was good and staff was great! Room had everything we needed!

The bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning. Shower door had crud in the track and a bit of long hair on the floor which wasn't mine since I have short hair.

Size of the room and all the extras were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Actual plates and flatware was a nice touch.

The water pressure in the shower was very disappointing
