Loved a few things. At check-in I always booked in my name as hubby has difficulty ambulating. I use his credit card though. This was the 6th and final hotel stay in our journey and the first to go to the car to verify he authorized the card to be used. I so appreciated that they cared enough to protect his credit. All the staff were kind and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Could not have asked for better service as exceptional had already been met Definitely a hotel worth the stay and price. Highly recommend!

If there was any shortcomings to be found in the hotel one would be hard pressed to find it. Maybe a couple of benches outside to be outdoors a bit. The setting is quite pretty.

My room was clean, cool, quiet, comfortable and met my needs as a handicap traveler. All amenities were easy to access and clean and well maintained. The Breakfast was beyond expectations with the variety to please everyone with hearty and healthy options. My overall experience was pleasant and positive, so I recommended it to my family and friends who travel. the only negative was the current construction on the local Interstate made navigation to site stressful...glad I had a great restful stay, I will stay again.

Excellent location in proximity of all the shopping and restaurant areas. Wonderful staff, friendly and very warm welcoming. I had a problem with my door locking securely and the front desk manager immediately helped me and moved us to another room comparable  to what he had and the transition was very smooth with no problems. Excellent breakfast and staff was very courteous and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful stay enjoying our family. We felt very safe and secure during our stay. I would highly recommend this location and looking forward to staying there again on our next visit.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very helpful. Initially, I booked the wrong day. Booking.com told me no rooms were available on the night I needed. I called the hotel, and they were very polite and set me up on the right day with zero fuss. Breakfast, while clearly just warmed up and served, was more than adequate. Potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, pastries, coffee... A great place stop while on a 2 day trip.

Hotel entry from the back side of the hotel was a little wonky. Honestly that was about it. I thought the property was very good, and I would have zero hesitation about staying here again.

Huge walk in showers! Very cozy bed. Breakfast was way better than any country inn we have stayed at. this was huge for me!! . Served hot food, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with lots of topping choices ,waffles and taquitos. Also had cold items like fruit, cereal, bagels, muffins and hard boiled eggs . 3 juices, apple,orange and cranberry plus large selection of coffee! Would go back just to eat!

Outlets are a little behind. Forgot a port and most places have a usb in the lights or table and there was none. So my phone died. More a me issue but it would have been nice if they had one in the room.

After a road trip across several states and staying in many different hotels, let me say — this place is amazing! Everything was perfect. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and friendly. Nice breakfast! Our room was spotless and well maintained. I’m a housekeeper myself, so I notice things differently than regular guests. It was a pleasure to stay here. I can definitely recommend this place!**

Everything was perfect!

The staff members were all so hdlpful, polite and kind. The breakfast there is the best I've ever had from any hotel. They have both an elevator and more than one star well to use. The pool is indoor. The gym is small but very clean and useful and they keep fresh towels in there with a water station too. They gave us extra pillows!

The bed was a little bit too Firm for my fiancé since she has nerve damage in her lower back. But it was perfect for me.

The employees were very friendly and pleasant. The room and areas I visited were clean. The exterior and parking area were well lit. They had a private security service patrolling parking lot.

The water pressure was low. The toilet seat was broken. There wasn't a designated area for RVs or vehicles pulling trailers. There was a big truck parking area, but you have to drive off a curb the get out.

Always an excellent breakfast and we love the 1 bedroom King Suite. This is our fourth time too stay at this location and we always pull it up first and book it. We look no where else. Try it, you will like it!

The backdoor handle was broken off so you had to walk all the way around front to get in. The temperature was really cold so you had to walk fast to get inside if you had to park in the back.

In an upscale location, there were no concerns about security as in certain areas in Texarkana. The facilities were invariably described with accuracy & met our hopeful expectations. The fee charged was well below that of other options with fewer amenities.

The features specific to handicapped function might be further enhanced. Ie stepping over an +|_ 18 inch bathtub edge was daunting.
