The room was clean and smelled good..

A girl at the front desk when I was checking in, seemed to have a bit of an attitude. First, when checking in she didn’t act like she wanted to be there. Second, when handed my keys in the envelope on the envelope was the Wi-Fi password and one of the letters I could not make out I thought it was a Y. I asked her what the letter was and she says it’s a K. I said it looks like a Y and she said it’s a K. I said alright, Let me have your pen so I can change it. She then says let me have it and wrote in big bold letters the password like I was an idiot and could not see. did not make me feel the greatest. The king sized mattress was hard and thin.. Not comfortable at all

The room was soooo big! Great to have that much space after hours on hours of driving. My family gasped when we opened the door. Not a lot of hotels can make my big family not feel crammed. Front desk staff was awesome! Lady with great smile and personality made a welcoming beginning to our stay and was knowledgeable on the info needed. I didn't even have to ask for extra towels when we started heading to the pool.. she was already on it! Initiative and attention to detail on her part! 5 stars.

As expected at a Holiday Inn the staff was absolutely tremendous especially the people who I checked in with at the front desk late at night they have such a positive attitude very easy to talk to very personable yet professional people not from this area so they help me out a little bit told me some good places to eat which were really close did not have to drive far at all pretty decent area hotel room was absolutely fantastic couldn't ask for anything more great stay great price

The breakfast was okay. Juice machine was out of order and they were out of bacon. Location was good.

Key cards didn’t want to function properly at times. Had to have cards reprogrammed on second day. Elevators were sketchy. They were slow to reach desired floor. Toilet wouldn’t always flush and shower had low water pressure due to the diverter not working properly to cut water off to the tub spout.

it was easy to get to from the highway

We requested early check-in. The gentleman that I spoke to in the morning said it wouldn’t be a problem but to call back at 1-2pm. When I did - the front desk rep I spoke to said not until 3pm. I called again at 2:30pm and she would not let us in early at all. we sat in our car in the parking lot from 9am until 3pm when we were finally allowed to our room. I was disappointed by this. we had lost power at our residence out of state and slept in the car so we would have cool air and really we just wanted to get into our room but she would not let us until 3pm.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was more than great!! Loved the Hot Tub.

Bathroom faucet worked but it was loose. They were taking care of that as soon as we left.

Location close to an IHop, but not within walking distance.

Breakfast was a little bleak. No fresh fruit (there was a place for it). No pancake or waffle machine (there was a place for it too). We stayed on 2 separate occasions, and it was the same both times.

I enjoyed how clean, neat and comfortable our room was, doordash was able to find us super easy, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

The shower head had a little rust and/or cleaning residue. I was sad that I couldn't see some of the channels on the TV.

Comfortable and quiet room and dark for sleeping

Made everyone who got there a little early wait til 3 pm to check in and therefore quite a long line so we didn’t get into our room until 4 and our party started at 5 so we had no extra time to rest after our long ride to Texarkana.

Breakfast was very good. Hot scrambled eggs, sausage, various rolls, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juices. Location of hotel is very good, just off of I-30

The carpeting in the hallways is showing its age. Many stains.
