Appreciated the value, the helpful staff, and the allover cleanliness. It's animal friendly.

Had to kill a lethargic roach that crawled out from under the bed. They used to have a dog waste disposal with plastic bags. Now there's just a small waste can, and people have not picked up after their pet. That made it a little less pleasant. .

The staff was amazing and accommodating. We had asked on Booking for a ground floor or handicapped room. When we got there there was only 2nd floor available. They put us in a room that im pretty sure was out of service because there was a half finished patch on the wall but otherwise was fine. The next day they moved us to the handicap room. The staff understood we couldnt walk stairs and were extremly accommodating. When we left the housekeeper told us to come back because she would miss us. Housekeeping always said good morning and asked how we were. They were so sweet.

The room was clean and there were plenty of amenities. Had a decent sized flat screen TV with plenty of channels. Mini fridge was pretty clean and worked great. Bathtub was amazing since I dont have a bath. The water was hot. The AC in our room could have blown us away and we've enjoyed every second of it.

The beds are on the firm side but I cant complain because the pillows and blankets are great. I do wish there would have been a little dining area instead of the desk because it was weird for us to eat dinner with only one table and one chair. That can easily be ignored for the price though.

owners/staff super friendly and funny. Clean rooms ; everything works - love those two compartment fridges in the room. Hotel/motels in this budget category have by and large not restored continental breakfast ; I don’t miss it and I believe that many hotels, like this one , have given back enough in rate to compensate.

same as last visit; exterior paint on the buildings sides and concrete walkway finishes mar the overall appearance and feel of what is otherwise a nicely maintained hotel with up to date furnishings and feel. If the exterior paint job matched the buildings front, it would look great with resurfaced walkways . Another Covid casualty in this category are the pools. This development saddens me and I’m sure every guests’ children are sad to see no pool in Mid-July. At least this property covers it safely and has prevented it from becoming an eyesore .

tEasy check in price was good. Was quit and severed its purpose. Stayed two nights housekeeper came by to offer more towels. It was good for the money.

Did not like the money for it coming out before I got here. However it was fully disclosed that would happen just not my cup of tea. 😊

Great service the gentleman named Hari was very helpful and even though we were running late on our trip like midnight he was very patient with us so much so that we ended up staying there again on our way back from Tennessee.The price was also a good deal

The convenience off highway. The friendly staff and very tentative.

This has nothing to do with the property or management it has to do with the guest and not picking up after their pets.

The location was great, right off the freeway. The desk clerk has welcoming, and gave me extra hand towels. we walked to dinner, which was wonderful after driving for 14 hrs. ( could have had breakfast but was in a hurry to finish our drive. ) Much better than the Red Roof Inn in Louisville Ky.

Only the toilet, it rocked when you sat on it. That was the only problem, and it wasn't that big of a problem. I guess the bathroom counter could be longer/bigger to accommodate the coffee pot and toiletries.

The man at the front desk had to help us with turning on our tv. He was there in less than 2 minutes and was so pleasant. Stay was great! Staff was exceptionally helpful.

Red Roof out stay was great no issues we didn't have any problems The staff took care of or needs. It was quiet. All around a nice place to stay
