we accidentally left some hang up clothes and a couple of other items. we came back through Texarkana the next Wednesday and found that the staff had taken great care of our belongings and was keeping it in the office for us in the hopes that we might call or visit to retrieve them. Breakfast was very good. I prefer my link sausage fried well done. The attendant was very good at taking care of the breakfast area and food.

The price was a bit high. Best Western is where we normally stay. The Best Western was booked so we went with Hampton. Most Hamptons I have stayed at are a grade up over the Best Western hotels.

The location is surrounded by a large mall across from a convention hall. There are plenty of standard highway restaurants. We came to the Regional Museum and were delighted to find it not far away.

The city is a mixture of brand new and a large numbers of decrepit buildings, and poor-quality roads.

Good location, nice staff, good breakfast, good price

Rooms were a little small and we were locked out of our room for 2/3 hours until 12am as the key card wouldn’t work and we had to wait for an engineer but we weren’t offered any compensation for the inconvenience

Breakfast was very good. Personnel was kind & friendly. I really liked the location.

They need to find a way to freshen the air in their tightly sealed rooms. They are extremely clean, but have an antique shop smell. The hallways smell fresh.

That refrigerator was a Godsend. It was much larger than most which stored all the water and other drinks and fruit.

In the bathroom, the towels were exceedingly high . Fortunately, I had my own facecloth and managed to grab a large towel but the hand towel would have required a step stool.

Nice friendly staff. The breakfast was great. The size of the rooms are great. So big and roomy. Great location. I was having work done at my house so we had to have a place to stay for a couple of days. Very convenient to everything.

Wonderful breakfast area and selections, I appreciate the turkey sausage. It was delicious! I love the eco brand soaps and shampoo. I will be buying the Zero brand hand lotion. Very clean and beautiful place and smelled awesome, too.

Everything about this property was exceptional, the professional front desk staff, the cleanliness of the room, the rugs were attended to, the linens, the towels. All showed pride in cleanliness & all details observed. The breakfast was plentiful, wonderful offerings, exceptionally clean, maintained & the seating area was spotless. The area was very quiet & easy to sleep in Peace. Close to many restaurants. On my way passing thru, I will definitely book another night.

Elevator was not working properly. Our bathroom was not cleaned very well. There was hair and stuff on the bathroom floor. The tissue box had 1 tissue remaining and the shower soap was empty
