Overall a good stay, hotel located in the center, clean and with friendly service.

Really cute lobby area, the room was quite small but good enough considering there was a private terrace. The water pressure was the absolute best for taking a shower! It was clean, and the staff was absolutely lovely. We asked the staff to please take any type of air freshener or artificial smell out of the room due to smell sensitivity, and they absolutely delivered.

Unfortunately no A/C in the room made our stay a bit uncomfortable considering the high temperatures in July and August. Fans weren’t available either.

The staff was really nice, everytime! The hotel lobby is beautifull and also the bar with a terrace! About the room, it was nice, but it didnt have AC, so we would leave the windows open, at night, unfortunately there was a man smoking, at the window below ... It was a bit unpleasant, but it was only for 1 of the 2 nights!

Location, the employees were nice and friendly.

One of the people in charge argued about paying with my US card and having the choice of choosing the conversion rate. The following day breakfast was served about an hour late because the person who had to be there at 9 am showed up at 10:15. Not worthy to pay extra for the breakfast.

We stayed in Room 208 and were disappointed from the start. The view was directly into another room, which made us feel exposed and uncomfortable. Closing the windows made the room feel like a cell, but opening them brought in unbearable noise. The small fan was ineffective, and the heat was overwhelming. The mattress was uneven and tilted, making it hard to sleep. The room was so cramped we had nowhere to open our suitcase properly. But the worst part was the reception experience. When we mentioned the heat during checkout, the staff member became defensive and rude, cutting us off and refusing to listen. Overall, the room lacked basic comfort and the service left a bad impression. Would not recommend.
