The location was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the building interior was lovely. The room was beautiful, and it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved being on the golf course and watching the daily groom first thing every morning! It was great having bottled water in the room too.

The bathroom door slammed into the wall by the toilet; a doorstop of some sort would be helpful. The grits at breakfast weren't good (and we generally love grits). The rest of breakfast was fine.

Ample parking. Pleasant staff. The room was very spacious and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great views of the golf course and small, quiet corners in the main areas to sit and read. Dinner at the on-site restaurant was great. We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Check-in was a little slow as there is only one attendant at the front desk, but service was very pleasant. Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but it was convenient to walk around campus and grab a bite to eat there. Coffee at check-in was nearly empty and cold, but the water was well-stocked.

Beautiful and well-maintained. Very cozy and elegant. Sorta feels inspired by UK country inns.

I liked everything. I wish it was a little less expensive in order to stay longer…just like $30 a night less. Otherwise, perfect.

The entire place was exceptional. We appreciated the historic décor/architecture style. We are very familiar with the authentic Craftsman style. What a fabulous event center. The rooms had splendid unexpected amenities. 10+

Beautiful hotel. Great bar and restaurant. Staff was extremely friendly. Had a problem at check in and Judy fixed it. She is an outstanding asset for the hotel!

I liked the safety aspect, how clean everything was and how accepting the area was.

Breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Facilities were extremely clean. All staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

I loved the location, the decor, the staff, and the rooms.

The only problem were the pillows. I had quite a stiff neck the next day!

It's small Quiet and Quaint, Not overwhelming busy, the Staff was great and courteous! The room was very clean and cozy.
