Everything!! The staff Samantha,Mitul,Diego& Jane were absolutely awesome!! They were very friendly,kind and helpful with anything you needed ...The hotel was squeaky clean& my room was huge which was awesome for Myself& my Chihuahua...She enjoyed it as much as I did 😁 She had plenty of room for the zoomies!!!!! I have not one complaint ...As I am trying to deal with some serious health issues I came here for an escape,a place of peace& just to relax without anyone on the outside being able to bother me for awhile and the staff here were all truly a breathe of fresh air and that made my stay even that much more comfortable...I am truly grateful for that ."This will be my new hide away spot from now on!! You guys Rock!!!!🙏❤️ I will see you all again soon!! Be blessed

We just did a random overnight to swim mostly. It had a good pool, clean facilities, breakfast in the AM, the rooms were good size and since it’s new everything was very up to date and nice.

The staff was all pretty rude besides the person at the desk when I checked out. I also booked online so when we got there and told me the deposit on top of room fee was an extra $250 that would be released back in a few days I was pretty annoyed because I couldn’t cancel my room and there was not anything on the site here or the actual site that said it would be an extra $250. When I expressed my disdain the lady was shocked I found that insane and asked me if it said something different online, I said it didn’t say anything at all about a deposit, I just assumed it would be $50-75 like most other la Quinta’s and similar hotels I’ve stayed at has charged. So prepare yourself for that.

The bathtub had hair in it from a previous guest. I informed the man at the desk that morning and he wanted me to tell housekeeping and show them the pictures I took. The hair was long and dark and mine is short and gray and my son’s hair is also short and curly and it was not our hair. I told him I would let you know ow and he offered no solution at all. The carpet was damp in the room. It makes me wonder how well they clean.

The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and eager to assist. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Although I didn't get a chance to use it, the workout room looked phenomenal - much better than your average hotel gym. The location was perfect. Easy on/off the interstate, close to gas stations, restaurants, Starbucks next door. Unfortunately we didn't get time to explore but the area looked beautiful.

Super minor detail but it would have been nice if the bathroom had a ventilation fan.

The room was clean, lobby was nice. Quiet nights sleep.

The person getting the breakfast ready Saturday morning was on no time schedule. We were down there 15 minutes early hoping it would be early because we had a 13 hour drive ahead of us and breakfast wasn't until 6:30 on Saturday, Instead she was late and we sat there and waited for breakfast. She didn't even know it was 6:30 until she kicked us out and told us it wasn't time. When she was told it was time, she responded, "It is? What time is it?" The place was full of people waiting because she was late. It wasn't worth the wait anyway with the fake eggs and no butter... some kind of gross vegetable oil spread.

Greeted by a friendly desk representative and check in was very smooth. Insulation seems lacking as parking lot noise of doors slamming could clearly be heard in our room on 3rd floor as well as footsteps in the room above us. Shower doors need adjusting as they would not stay closed while showering. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment as the only protein on the selections was the sausage. Menu was very carb heavy.

Unfortunately, the ONLY thing I would have changed would be the caulking/grout in the shower. While the bathroom was lovely, this looked like a toddler had done it. I really liked the bathroom/closet set up. The room was spacious enough to share with our dog, too. We will be back! There is a trail behind the hotel for dogs with pickup bags supplied as well.

New hotel, Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The only problem we had was the sliding shower door in room 312 would not stay closed. Apparently this problem had been reported by prior room occupants and had not been properly fixed. One other item, the sheets on the bed were rough. A better quality sheet would be nice. Other that that it was a nice stay, and we would recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing fabulous, they used eggs from a bag, which I could not deal with. I love the ladies(the staff) who worked the desk and put out the food for breakfast.

Not a fan of the owner who stated to me that Indians will only vote Republican because It's all about money for them. I found this statement to be very disheartening

The breakfast wasn’t great the eggs did taste like real scrambled eggs. Where was the breakfast meat? No sausage?no Bacon?? Who eats breakfast without a meat?

The housekeeping! The bathroom doors had smeared handprints all over them . And the bathroom and hall floor was dirty looking. The coffee machine in the room was full of dust where the coffees goes. You need better housekeeping and a someone to follow up on there work!
