Absolutely outstanding! Friendly and helpful owner/operators who immediately offered us complimentary drinks when we arrived - we chose sparkling water but there was a large variety including tap beer. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable with fluffy pillows and a super soft blanket! We ordered breakfast the night before and it was prepared for us in the morning at the time of our choosing. I have stayed at some very fancy hotels over the years and this ranks right up there with the best of them for cleanliness, comfort and hospitality. Outstanding place to stay!

There is nothing not to like about this exceptional hotel.

Understand the option of each one choosing their personal preferences for breakfast in advance good for the low number using hotel off season but not preferred, and didn’t care for the style of dining room with unusual style of chairs. Alex was welcoming at service desk and offered free drinks and wine upon arrival.

Upgrading taking place and painted walls, furniture, bathrooms, bedding, linens good, but there is only certain things that can help as hotel is older style and rooms smaller than newer hotels. One plus is that heating system is being upgraded to wall thermostat rather than the current heating unit.

This hotel is an example of what true hospitality means. The staff do whatever they can to make sure you feel welcome and that you have a great stay. It's not your typical "luxury" hotel, but if you want the true luxury of being treated as a welcome guest, this is the place to be. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to join in the complementary evening drinks, but did get a chance to chat to the staff and hear about their plans. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very different, more like a boutique hotel. It's never been truer said that you can't judge this book by its cover. This is a hidden Jewel off the beaten path. It was more like home and that the staff was like family and they made us feel very welcome. We will stay here again as we have plans to visit the area again this summer. I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else now that I know this place exists. For a different lodging experience I highly recommend this this hidden Jewel.

The owners are remodeling the exterior of the lodging building and I can't wait to go back in a month or two and see how they have improved things on the outside. The inside is wonderful just like it is!

There are not enough stars, hearts, and likes for me to give this hotel. It is exceptionally CLEAN! It has BEAUTIFUL decor. They are so FRIENDLY and HOSPITABLE! We didn’t arrive till midnight and we were greeted with smiling faces, offered a complimentary beverage; which I enjoyed a nice cup of red wine, ordered a FRESH made breakfast (not buffet!),i accidentally packed the toothbrush and couldn’t find it and they had a real toothbrush (not .10 toothbrush like other hotels) with a bristle cover case and travel toothpaste! They are so ACCOMMODATING! Safety is also prioritized! They have cameras outside their hotel that are working because you can see all the monitors in the lobby so I felt SAFE!!!!❤️ I went to my room which was CLEAN and pretty! If you are in this area, this hotel is a must stay! It’s worth the extra drive even if you’re going to another city close by. This is a 20 out of 10 stars! The only reason I didn’t take pics of the room is because I forgot to and didn’t want to post pics with the beds messed up and my things everywhere. Beautiful room tho and big pretty bathroom ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING!

We booked this place based on previous positive reviews about the staff, specifically Bea, and how customer-focused she is! Bea is real. She was there and made us feel so welcome. She offered drinks and snacks when we arrived and asked us every time we saw her if our accommodations were good and if she could do anything else. It’s your basic motel set up, but was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was really close to the cute downtown square and the Old Stone Fort State Archealogical Park. Also, Bea cooked our breakfast made to order when we wanted it. Thank you, Bea (and your son)!

This is a hotel that has the potential to be 9-10 property. The staff was very nice. Evening happy hour was nice. Room was redecorated; bedding very comfortable; bathroom nice.

Some issues we had will correct themselves according to the owner when their remodel is completed; 1) Wall thermostat not yet control the HVAC. 2) Window box shades will reduce the glaring sun streaming in the morning. (The sun came screaming through curtains in early morning. 3) High rates during Bonnaroo.

Alex, the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. I like the complimentary drinks and snacks. Breakfast was just right! Alex was willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay pleasant! He is friendly and knows what guests are looking for. We would gladly stay here again!

The area is not my favorite, but he is working to complete the entire building and will be amazing when he is done.

This has been one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The level of service is second to none. Very clean. Bee, the host, was very nice. Facility has charging stations for four different auto makers (Tesla, Honda, etc). Very comfortable beds and pillows, and towels were nice. Made-to-order breakfast and complimentary beverages which includes beer and wine. Only four minutes from Interstate 24. Each room has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Highly recommend!!

Nothing we didn’t like.

I loved the vibe when I checked in! Super friendly, offered a cooked breakfast of our choice and we had a complimentary glass of beer and wine. The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We actually had plenty of fluffy pillows to sleep with as well. We will definitely be returning, as our child and grandchild live near the area, and we will be visiting frequently.
