The staff at this location provided exceptional service, marked by helpfulness and friendliness. Our last-minute need for a room was efficiently met by the midnight staff, who were remarkably helpful, welcoming, and friendly. In contrast to our disappointing experience with customer service at LaQuinta in Manchester, we were pleased to find a room here at the last minute. Without any knowledge of our terrible experience at LaQuinta, the lady who worked the midnight shift on Friday, April 25th, ensured that our night was wonderful.

My husband and I traveled to Winchester for the wedding of my dearest Friend's daughter. Because it was just the 2 of us we didn't need a large home on the Lake, just a hotel room for 2 nights. We were surprised that the Best Western was the only Hotel to choose from and honestly I was a bit nervous before we arrived. I am admittedly a little bit of a hotel snob so I wasn't sure if this would be ok. One of the positives of staying there was that it is Pet Friendly and we did want to bring our small dogs. We booked one of their little suite rooms which was nice because it gave us a little extra room. We didn't use the kitchenette to cook in but It was nice to have it incase we had been visiting for other reasons. This hotel is older but has been taken care of. We very much enjoyed the hot breakfast every morning. The options and quality of the food was very good and I especially liked the fact that it stayed open longer than the usual hotel breakfast buffet.

It is an older style Motel rather than Hotel but I knew that when I booked.

The facilities were exceptionally clean and very nice. Probably the best Best Western I've been to. I've been to many. I had to stay there in an emergency with a failed VRBO which I'm still dealing with. The lady at check in that night was very nice and informative. Breakfast in the mornings was very good. I would highly recommend Plenty of parking for my truck and boat. 😁

Well, the only thing was I was told the coffee machine in the lobby was accessible 24/7 . At 4am Saturday morning, before my tournament the door was locked. Not a biggie

Good breakfast spread, simple check in, secure doors, comfy beds and low noise level outside the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room obviously used to be a smoking room. There is a lingering odor of old cigarette smoke. All double bed rooms are on the bottom floor of the older part of the hotel buildings.

I stayed here last year and it was OK. My only complaint was that the toilet was original 1970. This year the toilet was brand new. Flushed properly and was comfort height. Excellent. I complained in my review last year and it looks like they made an effort to fix it.

The microwave initially didn’t work but they quickly replaced I never got the TV remote to work/stuck on Home Shopping Channel but I am sure if I asked for new remote they would have provided or something to get it working

Super friendly staff, and very well cleaned rooms!

Some minor things missed in updating/renovating cracked trim just painted over, wallpaper rough cut around old signs and switch plates in bathroom also starting to peel off on edges. But those being the only things really noticeable I think they are doing a pretty good job.

The room was very clean and nice. The bed was a little soft, but comfortable and gave you a good nights sleep. If your spouse likes to keep the room cold make sure to bring a blanket or sweatpants because the air unit does it’s job. Haha! The breakfast had a good selection and was good as well. Overall we enjoyed our little weekend getaway!

The welcome…the lady at the reception made me feel so welcomed. She was sweet, kind. and genuinely interested in meeting my needs. She even gifted me some yummy snacks and offered me a room close to the reception in case I needed assistance. I wish I could remember her name but she knows who she is :-) I also like that it was Very Clean

Vending machine wasn’t working. Location It’s quite a distance from highway.

My daughter attends the college - this location was a perfect stay .. the location had so much to offer and everything was close and convenient. I felt safe. The staff was very friendly- even though it was he was being trained, he was very kind and helpful with the info he did offer.
