The best part of the hotel were the staff, especially Jocelyn and Nona. They were wonderful and made me feel very welcome! I like that the building had the feeling of an old Miami motel as in a thriller/drama movie from the 1970’s! But it was updated and clean which made it comfortable.

Very nice bathroom newly renovated very clean, room heats up very quickly. Nice location , next to a bar, next to restaurants and department store, free coffee before 11,

Staff was amazing. Always attentive. Free tim hortons coffee in the morning. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, right beside a grocery store, tim hortons. Dollar store, Giant Tiger within walking distance.

Pool not working , overpriced

Good: Toilet paper is a double ply! HUGE mini fridge though! the lady at the desk was smiling. Just not speaking much. (Note: I write it in English, but I am French speaker, I cannot confirm they speak English, but probably no need with online booking.)

Bad: Found a living Scarab type of bug. Not a cockroach. Shower curtain is fabric with no water protection. Water gets outside. The flood was a little bit slippery. Long live the little Metal bar. It is a requirement to be used I guess. The Pool was cloudy. I didn't got deeper than my knee. Wasn't feeling confortable. I called before purchasing online and was told it was full. But on Booking and other online Hotel website, there was some rooms. (Parking was empty)

The room is nice and clean. The shower was prettt nice too.

It does have some kind of cigarrette smell but i didnt mind it too much. Its a good motel. Im giving it a low rating because of the price. I paid 170$ for 1 night 1 bed. Thats ridiculous. Its Joliette come on

The bed and pillows were comfortable.

The furniture is very old and damaged. Some surfaces were very dusty.

Floors were not clean or kept clean during our stay

Large room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom.

Door only locked (like a bathroom door handle) and it was old. No security chaine. I did not feel safe. Noisy place with traffic until late at night. Our room floor was actually dirty but the rest was clean.
