very clean, excellent breakfast, beautiful bathroom with sauna, all the amenities, even bikes to rent

the room was next to the kitchen and dining room, so very noisy since the morning, far from the center

The room was very cosy and had everything we needed, the beds were very comfy too. The facilities overall were good, could do with a hairdryer though. The wi-fi was fast. The breakfast was really good, a lot of choice, always fresh and tasty. the building has a lot of nice outside facilities which would be great in summer, unfortunately it was too cold for us to use now

The noise from the construction works next door was going on for the whole day, on 1 day even past 20:00. The works were very loud which was annoying as we wanted to rest and we couldn't. If we knew about the works we probably wouldn't have booked this place. It looks like the works will not finish soon so if you want a quiet place this is not for you. Again, this is not the owner's fault but it is a negative point. Also, the tv used to switch off or freeze a lot which was annoying.
