We returned to this hotel for the good value and location. The staff sent us a whatsapp and called with instructions for entering the location as we were arriving after reception closed. The bathroom had an extra large sink area which was nice, and good lighting behind the bed/headboard.

Everything was as expected. I made an error and didn't carefully check the description, and we thought we'd be in the room with the terrace on the 4th floor, but that wasn't what I booked so, no complaints. If you have a choice of rooms and the price is right for you, the room with the terrace is larger and nicer, next time I'll be sure to see if it's available.

Good facilities and location. and facility to leave luggage till 2pm. Excellent price. I left my phone charger in .y room but the reception desk gave it to me when I returned to collect my luggage at 2pm..

Although I used booking .com, I didn't receive booking confirmation from hostal until I was already on my journey to Plasencia.Was the low price a way of attraction a customer but with the possibility to exclude them if bookings were heavy as booking wasn't confirmed. That's a bid drawback.

The hostal was super central, right next to Plaza Mayor yet it was not noisy and easy to access. The staff were super helpful and even helped me to check in early since it was super cold and I could not explore with a heavy bag. There were extra pillows and duvets, clean towels and even complimentary sweets.

I can't complain about anything to be honest, it exceeded my expectations for the price and location.

Very handy for the Plaza España, short walk from free parking. Short drive into the Jerte Valley. Friendly reception - very clean. Priced very well for a Saturday evening. Also able to store baggage until check in. For a fantastic bar, check out Abadia - just off the Plaza near Gambrinus

Nothing really to dislike.

The bedroom and bathroom were perfect, comfortable and clean. The whole place smelled good. The reception was closed when we arrived, but the staff was helpful and gave us instructions for self check-in.

We had a good time, the only thing I suggest would be to specify that people should park their car outside of the city walls before they get there, not everyone knows about this rule. Hopefully we will not get fined for entering the walls for a few minutes.

The location was very good in the town center. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and we had a 3-bed room for only two persons. The price for the room was fair for what we got. Breakfast was also fair compared to the price of 4 Euros. We parked our car free in Parking la Isla and walked the 700 meters to the hotel.

The hinge on the bathroom door was broken before arrival and the door could not be closed. This defect could not be overlooked by the staff but was neither commented or repaired. The bathroom had a too short tap which means the water flow upon the table each time you washed your hands. The shower access was not easy in the bath tub. Reading light poor. One night loud noise from the room next door.

A fantastic deal...the room was simple but really bright, clean, with a nice new bathroom. Excellent water pressure and so much hot water. What a dream! Also, the mattress was quite possibly the best I've ever slept on. The staff was friendly and they will definitely go out of their way to accommodate you in any way possible. Great option in an even better location.

There was nothing we didn't like about this place.

Proximity to the city center

May be hard to park, if you don't want to spend 14€ for parking. Even though they state the rooms are sound proofed we could clearly hear people walking outside our room. Also, every flush could be heard.

Comfortable bed, well sound proofed rooms.

Tight quarters to get a fully loaded bike into the hostal, and back out. But the place did have numerous bike parties staying there.

Reception and all staff friendly and very helpful Room basic but clean. Bed comfortable and even proper pillows which was a real.bonus. Breakfast cheap and ok for a basic start to the day with toast marmalade coffee and orange juice all for 4 euros which I thought was a bargain

Position in a narrow Street means wouldn't go back if we had the car with us but this is not a reflection on the hotel or staff. Parking is difficult in Placensia
