Beautifull location near the sea. Staff was friendly and flexible. We want to come back!

Some small issues that can be improved: No vanity set in the bathroom. No drinking glass in the room. Only a plastic beker in the bathroom. So bring your own vanity set. Bring your own drinking glass. It is a pity that a hotel in this price category does this kind of penny counting.

It was a great stay. The hotel is quite new and spotless clean, has an unbeatable location, there's a pool and a sauna, a kids club, a nice restaurant where very decent breakfasts are served. Most of the rooms have frontal sea view, pretty hard to beat that. When we arrived, there was a cot prepared by our request (a new and comfortable one, if you are parent and you know - you know) and a baby bath in the shower, which was thoughtful. There was also a complimentary bottle of wine, a fruit plate and a small box of chocolates in our room, unexpected and very nice. The wi-fi was fast enough so if you have to work remotely it should not be the problem. Oh, and another thing, crucially important for me: it was QUIET. It was low season and we were smart enough not to stay for the weekend, so things might be worse during busier times, but our stay was undisturbed. It was a stay for three generations of our family and everyone left happy and well-rested :)

My pillow was too thick for me and the hotel didn't have the flatter ones, but I bought my own at the supermarket for 39 zl which fixed the problem. The air conditioning controls are lit very brightly, which I had to cover with whatever I had at hand at night. A very trivial thing, obviously.

Location, location, location. This hotel can't be located any closer to the beach and the Baltic Sea. The view from the balcony is stunning!!! Hotel was not very full, it was easy to relax and feel comfortable. I really like swimming pool and jacuzzi. My child was very satisfied with play room. Great space and interesting toys for different age groups. Breakfast was very good. Easy parking.

Everyone in the hotel is very helpful and kind, but some small things could be improved. If I would be a manager of this hotel, I would train staff to smile more and be more welcoming to guests. They should make a little more effort do represent 4* hotel, so guests feel special. At the moment it feels like they hired young students with no character. Relaxing music, flowers and beautiful smell in the reception would help to build an ambiance. Staff in the reception have very low seats. They disappear behind the counter, which I found strange.

Just one suggestion for improvement: maybe put a few more chairs around the pool area, as it tends to get crowded very quickly
