The people that work there were great, the food and drinks were very good and the prices reasonable. They do have a pool, which we missed among the pictures 🙂 Though the hotel could use a bit of renovation we loved our time spent there and would come again.

Air conditioning was blowing, but it did not cool the room, so sleeping there wasn't very plesent. We were told someone would come and fix it, but that person didn't arrive.

Upgraded on arrival to a superior room without requesting it. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great bar and restaurant. Able to put purchases on account and pay at the end of the stay. Help with organising trips - would recommend the dolphin watching at Kampi, although the journey in a Tuktuk is VERY bumpy as roads are not really vehicle worthy! Able to pay with a card, which was good as we were short on cash. A bit run down at the moment (but not unacceptable) and the owners seem to be making lots of improvements to make the stay more pleasant. Room service available at discounted rates for food and drink. Best shower we have had in Asia! Would love to come back in 12 months to see how the improvements have gone. Well worth a stay.

This is becoming a recurring theme, but I think we have a cockerel following us on our travels whose sole intention in life is to wake us up at 5am and keeps going for a good hour!! Clearly nothing the hotel can do about this, just us moaning! No complaints about the hotel at all really, just needs a facelift, which appears to be being dealt with. Also, lovely free home roasted peanuts with drinks orders.

We had a corner room with a balcony. Nice to get outside. Great having the swimming pool to cool off in . Really appreciated having the restaurant for meals & snacks with grandchildren who visited. The gym also provided fun & interest. Lovely helpful staff.

Some of the neighbours played loud music at night & it was hard to get to sleep

The place is quiet & relaxing with a nice swimming pool. A particular good point to the staff that is really helpful & nice.

The location is clearly not the best to reach the city heart and especially to come back at night but most restaurant in town will help finding a tuk tuk

Sadly the location is not great. Everything in Kratie revolves around the river front and this place is 1.5 km away from the river.
