Everything was immaculate. The shower was like new, the room overall was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast (can't forget about the breakfast)...was just right. The newer air conditioner in the room was a nice touch as well. This may be the best Super 8 that I've ever stayed in.

The parking situation was weird. Only a few spots out front and then everything else is located in the back. In all my years of traveling and hotel stays, I've never encountered anything like that.

Breakfast was great!

Not being told about the handicap entrance and was told there are only a couple of steps near where we were parked but they were deep and dangerous as the sloped down and were hard to walk let a lone bring in luggage. The handicap entrance was not visible from the main entrance.

The desk clerk was excellent. He has been working for Super 8 Janesville, WI a long time and I hope you retain him = raise, bonus, etc. He allowed me to use a luggage cart which he had to dig up from some where. I was in Janesville for a tennis tournament and had a lot of equipment. I needed a cart big time. In past, this gentleman has recommended great Chinese food and take out and all was good and delicious. A very helpful person. Keep him

need an elevator.

Helpful staff clean well maintained!

Charge a state tax and a city tax instead of just admitting its there upcharge! Also charge 20 extra per pet per night but I called have 3 screaming toddlers for regular price!

We left a bit early for breakfast. Our room was ready for us before check in and the location was easily accessible. Handicapped spouse had no problem. We couldn’t have asked for anything better!!

My key card did not work on the second night. But I don't know if that was because of the storm

Property is close to almost everything. Restaurants, retail stores, groceries, gas stations and theater.

Parking lot is pretty tight and not enough.

A/c system was ok. Toilet didn’t flush properly

How the amenities have.declined. I can't stand.the.new soap dispensers. God only know what people could put in them. I now travel with my own soap!

Great Fresh coffee - Nothing better than that !! Rooms always clean when I returned each night Air conditioner worked fantastic Shower was great - Plenty of hot water !!

Nothing Place was a Great Value Will be staying there again soon !!
