Bed was comfortable, room was large with a small fridge and microwave and desk with chair. Clean with friendly employees. Breakfast was good and included scrambled eggs and sausages. On weekends it should last until 10 am, not 9!

Door keys did not work, I had to return to the front desk before I could enter my room. Towels were a bit grey. Clorox bleach should NOT be skipped if you want things white! Breakfast ended at 9 on a Sunday? When you get in lae, no need to rush in order to get a breakfast. Girl was pulling stuff when people were still coming in for food.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL. Very much appreciated in the current hotel environment where Covid staffing impacts are still used an excuse for dirty or understocked room. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was average compared to other hotels. Tasty, adequate. Good waffles, decent eggs and juice. Coffee is better than most hotels. Would appreciate a nonfat milk option...only whole milk there. And some fresh fruit would be nice. Breakfast staff didn't seem very happy to be there, slow to restock, grumpy when asked. Refrigerator in the room didn't work.

Nice quiet location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot shower with good water pressure. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Jasmine was especially fun to joke with and was very busy keeping breakfast supplied and tending to the front desk. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and the pool area was well maintained.

Door light did not turn off completely so it was a distracting night light level glow all night long. Disrupted my quality of sleep. Also, the bathroom vanity was cut out in an awkward manner and it was difficult to reach the sink comfortably.

We were quoted a price of $179. At the property we were given a military discount. This amount reflected on our credit card details exactly.$154. But one day later an extra fee of $27 was added as a separate charge, bringing the total to $181…more than our original quote. Yep. Just $2. I did call the hotel and was given two different explanations for the upcharge. I decided that since we were mostly happy with the hotel, and since we didn’t get a receipt, we just ate it.

The scrambled eggs and sausage links were really good. Also love the fresh fruit and yogurt.

One morning they served egg discs. Along with greasy sausage patties. Great if you wanted to make a sandwich but I could not have bread. Not a fan

The staff accommodated my Daddy, who was wearing an external pace maker. They were so incredibly sweet and showed so much concern for him. It meant the world to me.

Rooms are a little outdated. Bed was pretty comfortable but the sheets and bedding were kind of worn and towels were so small.
