Very friendly staff upon arrival, I wish I remembered her name as she was able to get us a first floor room right by the exit which was super convenient for our dog. It was also super quiet considering the location!

It’s an older building, so everything is a little bit older style. Our room had the sink outside of the bathroom, right but the door. There weren’t many breakfast options, but it didn’t really matter since there was a waffle machine (toddler mom).

It was quiet for the most part until the casino people and bar people came back then it was loud and the walls are thin.

For the price we paid there should have been a coffee maker and a microwave in the room. The wash cloth has dark curly hair in them it was disgusting. The staff had no idea what a tea bag was. The breakfast was nothing to write home about it was a glorified continual breakfast and no tea!!

People in the hallway talking at 5am to 7am and opened ingredients and closing there door being very disrespectful. Talking to people on the phone very loudly in the hall.

Breakfast was good. Room was quiet for the most part. Staff was amazing and was incredibly convenient.

Bed was a little bit stiff for my back and the windows could be thicker due to street racing that happened all night.

one day I was given a vary dirty wash cloth in my clean linens. my toilet seat was loose. the hallway was warn out and dirty carpets.

Cleanliness of the hotel

Honestly I've stayed at this hotel many times and there's not much I don't like about it. I did have bed bugs once but they took care of the problem very well.

Staff was wonderful and room very nice. The bed was a little too firm for us, however, it was nice. Breakfast options good. Enjoyed our trip.

The hotel has been updated immensely it's so pretty now!!!

I didn't like that booking.com did not give me the total including taxes. I was expecting to pay what I was quoted and then I ended up paying $28 more

I like the people here most.... Also like the rooms and can't forget the breakfast ; )...

Honestly there's nothing bad to say...my opinion though...

Great location

It doesn't have microwave and fridge in all of it's room . You have to go to the lobby to reheat your food. I feel like that is unsafe.
