The girls loved swimming. Also getting the coupons for $20 off on both rooms for breakfast was awesome.

Got woke up at 3am Sunday morning by group parked right in front of entrance. They had all doors open with music playing extremely loud. Two girls dancing on the roof of the vehicle yelling and singing. Went on for about 30 min, woke all of our group up. We thought our windows were open, it was so loud. They finally got down and pulled out just when we were finally ready to call the police

Did not have breakfast at motel.

My room was absolutely wonderful. King size bed with 4 fluffy pillows so comfortable it was hard to get out of it. Mini fridge and Microwave worked like dream. Loved the big bathtub that I could stretch out in (I'm5'3"). Every single staff member was friendly and helpful. Some went above and beyond. I actually extended my stay for another day. If I'm in Rockford again this will be my hotel.

Breakfast times sucked because I couldn't get there in time. I PAID EXTRA for that.

Location was great.

There were a couple pests (fly and other bug) that seemed to pester in the bathroom. I kept that light on and fortunately they stayed in there. They were annoying but not an infestation or anything like that. I also thought the shower water pressure was very low and the sink seemed to drain slowly. Not extreme, but you asked and perhaps both could be improved.

The staff was so willing to help and be accommodating. I had to call down to ask how to use the thermostat as the room as chilly and they came up and showed me how to work it. They went above and beyond.

I didn’t find the bed comfortable but that is mainly due to personal pillow preferences and nothing negative from the facility.

The restaurant Bar connected very open very clean. The ladies at the desk were excellent

The carpet on the floor in my room was very poor quality it was worn out it would look like something you would see in a third rate Hotel everything else was nice nice bathroom nice everything but I was carpet which you walk around in your socks and bare feet I didn't want to do that it might have been clean but it was worn out and you need to invest in updating your 20 year old carpet

The quality of the mattresses and pillows, nice sized room ( had two queen beds ), shampoo and conditioner dispensers, extra towels ( we had 3 adults and there was towels for 4 ). Cleanliness of the whole room! Two elevators. Large lobby.

Body wash dispenser in the tub/shower was almost empty ( hard to get product out ).

Nice, comfortable, large rooms. Breakfast was decent, more than I had expected and good value.

Teenagers running up and down the corridors at night, banging on doors of bedrooms - woke my infants. However, once I told the hotel reception they put a stop to this immediately, so I cannot fault them for the guests behaviour

Night shift front desk attendant provide me Tylenol and save me from very strong headaches, all the best for that person. P.S. Fulfill fridge so someone can buy water. Clean, comfortable.

Front desk store need to be little more full, there is no water , soda to buy.

Funny thing is I paid extra for breakfast yet when I went to my email to look at my receipt no such evidence of me paying extra for breakfast could be found and wouldn’t ya know it, I went to the front desk and they also showed no evidence of me paying for breakfast. The rate without breakfast was $97 for the night and $118 with breakfast. Thanks for having me pay $21 for nothing. I didn’t need it I guess.
