The room was what I asked for. Even though the fridge could have been bigger for the room. The breakfast was delicious. Coffee is 24/7. The pool was warm. Everything was clean. The staff were wonderful. Even housekeeping was amazing.

Location was great and right off the interstate. Everything was very clean. Front desk staff was very helpful with any questions and quick to check us out when we got snacks.

Although I thought I reserved a king suite without a handicapped bathroom, unfortunately I did. I should have asked for a different room to make this available for someone who may have needed it. Bathroom counter didn't allow for storage for extras. New shades/curtains run by auto touch were difficult to use so we just left them down. Never enough towels. If you know 2 people are staying for 4 nights their should be 8 bath towels not just 2 or 3, then having to ask for more daily.

Breakfast food was very good . . . nice selections. My only complaint was your coffee machines. They do make good tasting brew but the line kept backing up because it takes so long to make each serving. Maybe put in a couple more machines???? Thanks!

Location, rooms have a frig, microwave, VERY comfortable beds. The breakfasts are wonderful! Love the mirrors and the backlit cabinets.

Pool was under maintenance. We switched rooms because the air conditioning was not working. It was 100 degrees outside. In the first room when I went to call the front desk, something had been spilled fruit water or something (still wet) in the phone rest of the phone. The television guide didn’t line up with the channels.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The second day the juice machine wasn’t working, so there was only water in a pitcher, coffee and milk.

I didn’t love the location of the hotel. It was kind of far back off the road.

It was the perfect hotel for me And my daughter visiting my son. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. I will def stay here again

The beds were very comfortable

The cost for our small dog per night was too much. We stayed at La Quinta for 4 days prior to our Holiday Inn stay and it was only $20 per day for our 15 lbs dog. I was charged $50 per day here and that’s a bit much compared to others.

Location of breakfast was excellent

I thought charging $50/night for my small dog 20 lbs that is crated was ridiculously outrageous! Plus charging a refundable security deposit on top of that fee. We have stayed here before but will seek other hotels for our needs in the future.

Very updated, breakfast was great, clean room and comfy bed. Very convenient to the soccer facility we’d traveled to.
