Staff were awesome. Breakfast area was amazing! It was quiet. Everything appeared to be clean and well kept. Check-in was a breeze. Check-out was even easier. Breakfast was good too! The kids enjoyed their breakfast as did my wife. The location to everything was also a great plus. The hotel was near shopping, restaurants (Fast and sit down), Movie theater, gas stations and major roads.

The indoor pool was super cold, like 60*, my kids jumped in and right back out. An indoor pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel and they didn't want to use it after that. The pool area was missing some ceiling tiles, just cosmetic issues. Its that time of year, so the little ants were out and traveling through the room via the patio door, You had to be conscious of not letting drinks or food sit out or the little guys would have a feast.

Nice Bistro Cafe with great staff and the food was good. We enjoyed having a bar to have an adult beverage and an appetizer. The staff was excellent. Friendly, helpful, accommodating and ensured we had all we needed.

The fold out couch in the suite was really bad. No way 2 people could have slept on it. This could be upgraded to a larger size with a more comfortable mattress. Otherwise the other aspects of the room were comfortable and a great value.

The staff working the night of Saturday, May 11, 2024 were amazing! Cannot say enough about their professionalism and outstanding guest service! They were great!

The only thing that was not so great was the sofa bed was uncomfortable for our daughter. She is young though! Haha! Everything else was amazing!

Location was good. Room clean and comfortable. Coffee shop was good.

Loved the location, room design was excellent and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Food and coffee was great! Starbucks on site and close by for early mornings.

The bathroom could of been cleaned better in the tub. Old blood was noticed on the bathroom door. I’m a clean freak and a nurse so I notice things very quickly with my detailed eye. Breakfast was small and not a buffet style. I paid extra for a real breakfast. I would of enjoyed seeing the breakfast menu with my booking.

Beautiful courtyard and so nice to have a small balcony to enjoy the view.

The room furnishings were a bit scraped and battered, the king bed was extremely comfortable.

Very clean and quiet hotel, close to Rockford‘s strip of restaurants and shops. Its fitness center was also clean and ventilated and offered several workout options.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Great breakfast. The customer service was stellar.
