Wow..just wow..Beach Resort Hotel way exceeds our expectation. We also Classic Package room which was beautiful and had a lot of great location to visit, the best part is that we could get those through impeccable room service. Horizon Manor's personable staff created an atmosphere that ensured we felt like part of the family. The food was amazing, the diversity of flavors beautiful it blew us away. Also having the hotel sparkling clean was another standout part of our stay, so we have been here comfortable. Truly cannot complain.

Resort is maintained well . Liked the Pool area and garden Cleanliness Staff is well behaved and polite Location is peaceful and silent Mr.Amit and Mr.Adarsh are helpful managers

- Painters were present in our balcony and painting the railings while we were sleeping . There was a loud sound of something dropping that left us awake (before our Alarm rang) - Later they started mixing Tarpin oil with the paint due to which the whole room was covered with the stringent smell of Tarpin oil . I chose not to inform the resort staff as we had a schedule to follow for that day . Hence we got ready and left . This is not how your day should start in Goa !! Secondly, our morning Tea was served so late on first day (35-40 mins) that we preferred not to order any food at the resort . We had to call them twice to remind them . However this was taken care later in the following days in our 4 day stay .

Skon Morjim Beach Resort Hotel provided one of the best room services that I have come across. The staff was courteous and eager to help, they were able to meet all or demands relevantly and within a short period of time. All of our needs were entertained with a very warm attitude, adding to the feeling that our vacation is even more relaxing and hassle-free. To the core, the kind of service delivered definitely brought out the total Positive aura to our entire stay at the hotel.

The night manager was great. Fabulous location, about a half mile out of the village. The village is a really fabulous place like it’s locked in the middle of the jungle. Lots of really cheap places to eat. Nothing fancy. The breakfast area was wonderful, but the breakfast is basic. Do it once and then go into the village you’ll love it. It’s a really good clean and basic hotel. Check the prices as you get nearer to the day the prices drop. We booked it for a $100 and then 2 days before we got there it dropped to half price. Risky strategy. But $50 is $50.

The hotel Orion Beach Resort is great with a lot of nice clean rooms being offered. Provides great service making your stay and move in easy. food menu is very good. friendly staff .By putting cleanliness and high-quality service, it is one of the places that guests enjoy. If you want a luxurious, well serviced place to stay in the city this hotel is perfect for it.

Location is good rooms are nice

Staff should learn some decency to talk to their guest and not to make their guest longer to wait to check in and early check in should be given to the guest if the rooms are available when there is room available also they are not ready to give them after the guest has travelled deol long distance also

In general all good.stuff is great,bad is superb.stay was good slept great after long way.

WiFi VERY BAD and worked only in special places.toilet need to be replaced. Was looking for long for "dont disturb" sign. Last night i puted it on a door handle outside,in the morning i found it on handle inside))

Property and location in general were good. Restaurant and food quality was great too. Staff were prompt and well trained.

Room was not in good condition. It wasn't clean when we checked in. A big patch of false roof near bathroom was missing. It looked like a staff quarter, refurbished to serve as guest room, probably due to heavy amount of bookings.

The service is incredible. It a sweet compact boutique hotel with lovely helpful staff. Pool is well depth and decent size. Staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable.

There’s a certain issue in the drain. When the bathroom is left unused for a couple of hours, it stinks. There’s some issue there.
