we really love the bed. it’s like a hotel grade and the building is not that crowded like in chunking mansion. the property was also quiet and no certain noises that can hinder our sleep since we are just were during night time. the place also is in very good location as in just in front of tsim sha tsui mtr station. my friend forgot her toothbrush and she requested for it and they gave many with comb hehe. they are approachable too even via whatsapp only. 7/11 and other food stalls are just outside :)

Not really like but pointers for the others that will book. It’s kinda very small and I felt a bit claustrophobic but it’s very manageable and for it’s price it’s very good place. another one would be the wifi. i don’t know if it’s just us but when the other is connected the other one will be disconnected it’s like there’s a limit device that can be connected but it did not matter cause agin we are only there at night since we tour on day time. We also got lost finding the hotel hahah we can’t find it at first cause the building doesn’t have name like chunking mansion there’s no Haiphong Mansion letter outside or we are just blind hahah

Even though the room is tiny like typical budget hotels in Hong Kong, it is well maintained and equipped. The air conditioner, TV, hair dryer and even a fridge were working perfectly, and the room was always clean. The staff welcomed me with WhatsApp message and remained attentive until my check out. I sometimes find negative reviews complaining about the room size in Hong Kong, yet if you need spacious rooms go to high-end hotels. (At least try understanding their real estate landscape if you really respect their society...) This place is conveniently located next to MTR station, has elevators, and provides basic necessities in a manner full of hospitality. I'd book this place when I'm back to Hong Kong. To me it's way way better than high-ranked expensive rooms or dirty super cheap options!

The most amazing communication i have ever had, the host made sure i can find the location, spoke to the taxi driver, allowed to keep luggage after the check out Location is very good and close to metro

The room is a bit small but all rooms around that area aren't big.

Very accessible to train and bus station. Local Foods are just below. There is a Michelin star resto a couple steps below. Famous shops is just along the main road. Check-in/out is very smooth and Uncle is very accommodating, you just need to tell him or request what ever you need.

Friendly and prompt service once we knew how to check in. Friendly throughout and kind! Clean and energy conscious hotel. Think of this place like a tiny house living quarters. They are small but sufficient as we were visiting the city, not the hotel.

Close to all the known activities, facilities, and transportation around Tsim Sha Tsui. It's a great location which is definitely centred around Hong kong.

The staff was amazing and generous!! We needed special accommodations and they obliged. Very comfortable room almost too comfortable..I overslept. Small but if your neat you can make it work. We had 3 suitcases and 1 backpacks in a twin

We're very happy with this hotel. The price is reasonable in public holiday. Location is great, right next to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, the host is helpful and responsive via Whatsapp. The Haiphong building is neat and clean. Our room has good view to Nathan road.

The location was perfect!

The lady at the front desk is unfriendly. Never greets customers and never smiling.
