Staff were friendly and responsive immediately upon placing booking Central location, close to train station and short walk from restaurants Room was clean and set up as per our request for the kids. Staff contacted us immediately after booking to confirm things Room has everything needed, small fridge, kitchenette and windows open wide for good airflow

Hot water was unreliable during showers. Randomly dropped to icy cold throughout Room didn't have air conditioning. Not a problem during our stay, but if it's very hot the small fans that were provided wouldn't do a good job of cooling you down

Perfect location. Just next to the rer b station. Rooms were good enough for the price and spacious. Olaced at the Massy city centre.

Nothing really. Rooms could have been a bit more isolated since we were able to hear some noise from outside.

The staff was very nice, the place is clean, we had a calm stay and enjoyed the proximity to the public transport, supermarkets, and restaurants.

The heating system was somewhat annoying, we couldn't get the temperature to go down.

The property exceeded expectations based on the reviews. It seems that the majority of recent negative reviews were because of lack of air conditioning during the very hot summer. In September at 20-25 C it was perfectly comfortable. The property is new, the surroundings are clean and safe. Easy transportation to the city center and cities to the west. So far it's the best accommodation we had in Paris area for the budget below 100 euro per night.

It was not really noisy, but additional noise insulation from the corridor is desirable. Ventilation also needs improvement.

Excellent location to stay for a short visit and work at Paris-Saclay region.

It is a bit hot this time, and the small table fan is not sufficient.

Well located, easy access to Massy train station. Has all necessary amenities, comfy bed, silent at night to have a comfy sleep.

For the value of the money, it was a nice stay!

After a delayed train, we didn’t arrive until 11 and there was nowhere to get any food or even a drink of water! Vending machines were in the gym area which closed at 9pm!!

This is our third stay in 9 years. Handy to RER & TGV stations. Comfortable and clean. Very helpful staff. Very good restaurant nearby, not open weekends.

The location is minutes walk from train and supermarket. There is a gym but only open at 7am and not 24/7.
