Our second stay here and although the balcony wasn’t as big as the first time, it was a lovely stay. We’ll return again in 2025 hopefully.

Natureva is located close to the entrance of the Village, so it's easy to reach and then explore the rest of the resort from there. The room itself was spacious and had everything you'd need for a great stay (including a walk-in closet area), plus we were placed in a quieter area of the hotel, which we definitely appreciated.

The cost of booking a room for a single night was certainly high and not a great value for money - although that is an issue which plagues pretty much every hotel in the area. The check-out requirements were also a bit strange for us (having to remove our own bed sheets, throw away garbage ourselves, etc.)

This was my second visit to this hotel and this time my apartment faced north and the nature reserve, which worked very well as at night it was quiet and also the sun never shone onto the apartment to make it even hotter than it was during a heat wave, The air conditioning worked well in keeping the apartment cool. The separate bedroom was an advantage. There is free access to the swimming pool and you can come and go as you please.

The safe did not work, there was no kettle and the toaster was uncontrollable.

The room was big and very clean and the swimming pool and saunas were great to finish a relaxing day at the beach.

“Mandatory” to take take bed sheets by ourselves and take out trash. Plus, although it is clear that check-in starts at 15:00, it would be polite to at least check the availability for our room at 13:00, not only straight answer “no, 15:00 only”. It doesn’t cost to at least check and say that “unfortunately the room isn’t available yet. Do you want me to call when it is available?” That what good service is about and would make the stay perfect.

Location is great for the village. Facilities are decent and parking was readily available.

Not being told the truth. We initially booked a 1 bedroom apartment ( room 128B) and decided to extend our stay . We were misled when we asked to extend for a 1 bedroom apartment and paid for the same but was given a studio. We specifically asked to extend for a 1 bed apartment, paid the price for a 1 bed apartment and was given a studio. The hotel staff should have been open and made it clear that what we were paying for was a studio in which case we would not have extended and looked elsewhere. Just watch out what you are told as there is a propensity not to be straight up.

This was my first time at this property and I really enjoyed it, the reception staff were friendly and welcoming, the apartment was clean and spacious and there was even a washing machine. The seperate bedroom was a good size with a comfortable bed. The pool, with sauna and steamroom was a relaxing place to spend some time. As a genuine naturist it was good to be able to spend the entire week without the encumburence of clothes !

Very little to complain about, there were some noisy neighbours, but that can happen anywhere.

We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

Very clean and comfortable room with a big terrace, just 20 m from the swimming pool entrance. Swimming pool was warm and it's a nice covered place where it was comfortable to pass time on sunbeds in winter. I loved to use steam room and massage was also pleasant. The residence is just 500 m walk from the beach.

The clients are offered to clean the rooms themselves, if you want a lady to do it, it will cost 75EUR. If she would come every day during our 3 nights stay I would not refuse for that sum. Otherwise it is strange after all. There was no restaurant option in the hotel in winter. Mostly Everything around was "dead" and waiting for the summer vacation

It was a nice clean property and lovely to stay in.

There were some areas that could do with attention (eg. Pool area), but nothing major. Unfortunately, during my stay the air con in the gym wasn’t working which made it unusable (August).

Lovely place, we were there at the end of the season, so it was very quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Very short walk to a fantastic beach. Also, restaurants and bars are just a minute walk away. We will definitely be back and maybe during the busy summer season.
