The staff were very professional, especially the Manager Juan Pasadas. We came to San Pedro Sula for my mother’s eye operation and stayed two days at this fabulous establishment. We have stayed here many times over the years and it just keeps getting better. Highly recommended for short or long stays in the city. It’s centrally located, easy access to an assortment of restaurants, shopping & secure parking provided by Hotel Los Andes at no extra cost. The new management in charge of the morning breakfast is “Top Notch” and the breakfast buffet was fantastic “Hats off” to the hard working dinning staff. My king Room was in an excellent location on the fourth floor, which included a very comfortable king bed refrigerator and very clean. We have a post surgery check up appointment in the very near future and the list of Hotels to choose from only has one selection for our family; Hotel Los Andes ! I heard that the breakfast buffet at this hotel is amazing! And that is true! You can choose from a traditional Honduran breakfast with refried or whole beans, freshly made tortillas, fried plantains, scrambled eggs, and cheese, or a lighter option with fruits, bread, yogurt, and cereal. The only thing I think they could add is flour tortillas and avocado so that guests can make their own "baleada", to enjoy another distinctive breakfast dish! But everything else is already there! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help, which makes the stay even better. Plus, the location is really convenient. You can find supermarkets, cafeterias, casual restaurants, a 24-hour pharmacy, and even an Office Depot within walking distance - less than 300 meters away or across the street. So, if you need to grab some groceries, medicine, office supplies, or just a quick bite to eat, you're covered!

To enhance guest convenience, it would be beneficial for the hotel to offer grab-and-go snacks like salads, cold sandwiches, fruits, yogurt, juice, or soft drinks for purchase at any time. The breakfast area could be ideal for this service, especially for late arrivals, as nearby establishments tend to close early, around 8-9 p.m.

Staff was friendly, had a small office room and great breakfast. But wifi was not ideal. Had a nice room view and it was fairly clean

I am not sure if my room was near the washers but at times there will be a small random shaking but not too disturbing. And WiFi was not ideal, specially if you work remotely

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations. The food was very good, the variety of foods was quite generous. The service was exceptional.

The temperature control in the rooms was hard to regulate. One of our rooms was a little cold. The other room was a little warm.

Thorough and cortious in customer service

Walking the stairs was not accessible without room key. I understand it sma security concern, but I like to walk the stair for exercise purposes without pausing to use the key card.

I saw many reviews mentioning the breakfast and I was wondering why, to be honest usually hotel breakfasts are not that wow. But I do have to admit that the breakfast they serve is really good!!! Overall the people, from the ones in the lobby to those in charge of cleaning, were really nice and welcoming. The hotel is in a really good area (especially for those that go for work reasons) as it has access to many stores and convenient places. I had asked if I could be put in a room with a mini fridged and they gladly accommodated my request. So I will definitely stay there again!!

Maybe if I have to be very detailed the carpet in the room could use some change? is not dirty but you can see time has passed XD

Rooms, Front Desk staff, Housekeeping Staff and of course the wonderful breakfast. The housekeeping staff should be commended for their outstanding work and contribution to Hotel Los Andes success.

it was very nice and clean the staff was great and if there’s something that you need they take care of it as soon as possible. Isabel did my stay more comfortable when I told her that my breakfast was cold the first day the next day it was a better experience when the food stayed hot until it was served.

The only inconvenience that I had at the Hotel Los Andes San Pedro was that it doesn’t have a safe box in the room and or if is that available they did not offer that service.
