The rooms are great, large and comfortable, breakfast is nice, location is convenient located in a nice area.
The wifi did not work most the time at our rooms so we need to come to the lobby. Maybe it was bad luck but this was very inconvenient. Also the AC in my first room made some noise so I had to change.

The location is great. Close to Ribeirão Shopping. Rooftop pool is a nice differentiator from other hotels in the city.

Checkin was simple and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean The roof top pool was a nice way to cool off after a long drive

Delicious breakfast. Excellent staff with a very comfortable and clean room. The bathroom very big is another quality of the hotel. My room was the fitness one, which for whom is travelling for work and wants to exercise a bit before going to sleep, it's a very good idea.
A bigger tv would not be a problem =)
