The recipients (Tiger) and another lady greeted us with a smile and was very nice, and polite. They made our check in experience good. The hotel was very clean and nice.. The workers was friendly and had a smile on there face it was very pleasant to be in a great atmosphere. You can tell the workers like there jobs. The next day we eat breakfast . The young man that was working in the breakfast area kept it very clean and the food was so delicious. I will most definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I will also come and visit this hotel again. Think all the work is for a hard work and dedication. Mrs. Jones

Could not get the remote in the room to change the channels to the tv.

Comfortable and breakfast

Linen was not clean. Had some spots that apparently didn't come out in the wash. They brought more linen, which also had an even bigger spot. I dealt with it since it was at the foot of the blanket.

The staff was welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

The price. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of good choices. The juice machine was out of the juice I preferred and no sign was posted. The shower didn’t get hot. The knob on the air conditioner was missing.

Clarksdale is where my family lives. Forget that place down the road, next to the Dollar store. Hampton is the place to stay when no room is available at family homes.

The breakfast and relaxing environment.

The graveyard desk clerk with the blue hair she is extremely rude, and she treats white customers differently than African Americans she comes off as racist.

Breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

Need handicap rooms closer to the elevators. I did not get requested room with shower bench for my husband who have Traumatic Brain Injuries. The shower floor was very slippery. Need more handicapped shower bars.

The hotel group were extremely understanding of a situation I had when I was involved in a car accident. A very ethical company is hard to find these days. Their understanding of my situation was resolved with an excellent outcome.

Wi-Fi was having technical difficulties remote would not turn tv off and on but did change the channel. However, these were minor issues. My stay overall was ok

The breakfast was great and the staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming.

Every thing was great, they answered my questions on going out at night and were to go,we went to ground Zero and had a great time. The breakfast the next morning was excellent, we will be back
