Timing of the pool, until 8pm. They should extend it a little bit later. The tv has no netflix, they should upgrade the tv.

The property itself self was fine. Only issue we had was a few random men making suggestive remarks to my partner outside the hotel. We informed the hotel staff who were understanding and told us to be cautious when outside, hide valuables mobile, wallet etc. we were very put off by this, however this had nothing to do with the hotel. We reported it to booking.com and the customer service was quite frankly unacceptable, they wanted us to take a picture. Can you imagine going outside looking at thugs, smile I want to take a picture. Booking.com need to review their customer service experience.

- Highlight of the stay would be the staff - helpful when I wanted something via the hotel phone, checked on me halfway of my stay if I needed anything, and accommodated my request when I approached the reception desk - Great facilities like the pool and gym but I didn't use it - Breakfast buffet had decent amount of options and food items were tasty - Has ATM, local mall, and mini grocery on the ground floor - Near spots like Taboan Market, downtown Colon Street, and Cebu South Bus Terminal. Lots of jeepney routes plying nearby too.

- Pool and gym should extend their operating hours to accomodate more people. Currently, it's only from 8 AM to 8 PM. - Elevator can be slow during busy hours since there's only two of them

Great value for money. Friendly staff. Comfy room with a nice bathroom. Great price. Malls in the vicinity for food and some shopping.

The surrounding area was not great and quite empty at night, might even say a bit sketchy. There were plenty of options for food around, but mostly the fast-food type. The pool was nice but not really used to its full potential, and also unavailable after 8pm....gym was a bit underwhelming. Breakfast was good, but for 10 EUR p.p. probably not as good as you would expect. Was quite good for the price overall, but next time I'll spend a bit more and stay in another part of town.

The staff what ever you asked for it was promtly taken care of with a friendly smile ,Rooms immaculate everyday fresh bed linen ,towels shower mats etc.The food 10 out of 10 .The location 5 minute walk to south bus terminal , 10 minute walk to Magellins cross , Santa nino church , 45 minutes drive to Mactan international Airport, Great mall 2 minutes away , Downstairs they have a Foreign exchange i found it to be the best rate in the Area. The roof top swimming pool, the Gym ,All fantastic. .One Central hotel has to be one of the best Hotels i have ever stayed in ,great Value for the price . The only thing i did not like was leaving .😁

A mall was just beside the hotel which allowed us to shop and buy food easily. It is near to the tourist place which are within 15 minutes of walk. The staff are fast and polite. The maintenance team was fast to respond to our calls. The security staff helped us get a taxi within 5 minutes and told us the exact fare to prevent us from getting cheated. South bus terminal is just 5 minutes walk away which will allow you to take bus like us to go Moalboal and other places within cebu.

The gym was closed due to damage of their glass door . The heater system was not working but the hotel offered us free buffet due to our bad experience for this case. They informed that they will rectify the heater issue as soon as possible but as our stay was only for 1 night, we were not able to check on it.

Central location, near the south bus terminal and walking distance to Carbon Market and old city! Spacious accommodation, very clean, great view from the rooftop swimming pool! Very nice breakfast hall and great-tasting food!

Super comfortable rooms, nice shower (sometimes have to wait a minute for hot water to run through), lovely pool area on the roof and an adequate gym for a quick workout. The staff were super kind and could not do enough for you. Location was good, right by a shopping centre with plenty of food choices and places to buy things. The breakfast at the hotel was great, lots of choice and the egg station was a highlight for us.. always serving the best fried and boiled eggs and delicious omelettes. The menu for the day and evening food was good, well priced and the food was tasty! Can’t fault this hotel!

1st thing is the smell in front of the hotel, as soon as you get out of the taxi. Such a horrible smell of sewage. We had to hold our breath every time going in and out the hotel. Not sure if there is something the hotel can do about it, but it was just horrible. The rooftop pool....very small and only two sunbeds and a few chairs for a hotel with 150 rooms. Avoid rooms with inter-connecting doors, you will be able to hear EVERY noise from the next room. After the first night, we asked to be changed to a room another room and the staff was very helpful here.

Breakfast was great, lots of options but like any buffet breakfast it could only be great for 1-2 days anything more than that could be a bit lack of excitement. The view from the rooms and roof top pool was amazing. The room was cleaned and consumables were replenished daily. Staff were accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. Location was super central, very close to everything, malls on the same building, but coming during the big festival Sinulog was not a good idea if plans to go around from this place as it's obviously in the centre of it. The traffic can be a headache and the road is closed on the big day so walking could only be your option.

The noise from the street can be heard from the rooms even on the top floor. The area is bit dodgy late at nights. Some part has no street lights around the vicinity. There were also times when the main entrance is smelling of sewages that goes up and down with the lift.
