The facility is well maintained. Breakfast and dinner buffet have excellent variety and choices. The staff is very friendly. The chief Pratap Singh takes personal care of the guests. He will make sure you experience a wide variety of delicacy. Jyoti and Suraj were very hospital staff. There isn’t much to improve than what they have. Location is towards the sands, so the access is easy.

Timing of spa center is better to be extended to late hours. By the time one comes back to the hotel, the spa is closed. Wish there was a small convenience store in the hotel. If you run out of sun screen, you will have to take a taxi ride into the town to get it. A small store with some basic items would help.

Check-in and Check-out Process Check-in and check-out process was extremely easy and professionally managed. staff explained everything like tea timing , pool timing, restaurants, gym, play area and room amenities. At checkout also she was very helpful and provides some extra bottle of water for my kids. 2. Room Quality * Cleanliness: Room was super clean with all the aminities. Good to see that Iron was also provided for cloths. * Comfort: Bed, towels and temperature was all controlled and clean. * Amenities: TV and DTH channels was provided including free wifi which good for us as kids enjoyed the TV while in room. 3. Hotel Facilities Every facilities which I can think of provided by hotel, Like the pool, gym, spa, kids play area and parking. All the facilities was well maintained and clean. I have not visited spa but I am sure it would be also good. 4. Food and Dining Taste, freshness, and presentation of the food was good. Dietary preference was there for veg non-veg peoples with separate counter. Dining service was also good. 5. Service and Staff Service was excellent whether it is front office, restaurant or room services they all are friendly, professional, and helpful. 6. Location Hotel location is also good which is barely 1.5km far from Jaisalmer fort and lake. It is not on crowded place which makes hotel good to go. 7. THE COOLING IN THE ROOMS COULD BE A LITTLE MORE EFFECTIVE.

Awesome hotel filled with Rajasthan look, dinning room was super, staff was great, grounds were excellent. Live music and program is good, but it's a bit too long.

The only one thing was not upto the mark: the kerosene Lanterns which decorate and light up the garden beautifully emanate fumes. Which were unpleasant and unhealthy while sitting in the garden. And walking around it. Perhaps they can come up with better and clean fuel.

Loved the staff & the food. The courtyard view of my room was very nice. Special mention of Chef Pratap who was so warm, friendly and cooked up delicacies at the spur of the moment. Shravan was very attentive too on the rooftop. Was always smiling and willing to comply with whatever yr wishes were.

High tea was disappointing. Had twice but both days were not good.

Everyrhing including the property was very satisfying. Had issue with AC that was allocated but they were courteous to action the same. All thanks to Miss Amina. Even at the restaurant, staff ensures that traveller is at comfort. Even with things not in buffet we're addressed and served without any charges. All thanks to Anuj at the restaurant to ensure that kid meal is served well on time.

Nearby there is not much. It's either the property or you need a transport.

Excellent place to travel with family. The chef and staff took care of all the needs of our children ( 3 children under 5 years with specific food requirements). Room service was prompt. Property was clean, staff was very welcoming and friendly. We got a free upgrade because of Mariott bonvoy membership and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All in all, stay was good at this hotel.

While breakfast service and food was great, dinner and lunch options lack variety. We would hv liked to hv some authentic local cuisine in the menu.

Place is too crowded. At times, difficult to connect with room service. Lack of thoughtfulness in some aspect like holding puppet and cultural show in open ground with freezing 8 degree cold. Purpose of show is defeated. If you come for site seeing of jaisalmer, avoid this hotel as there are many better values around. This hotel is good for 1 day family stay. Cultural team show content was also needing upgradation

Staff were so helpful. They remember small details about us from the first contact. They were always cheerful and welcoming. Place is a little pricy, but you get the service. Breakfast was superb. Check-in checkout, room service, and laundry service were all top class. Rooms and bed were very comfortable wifi was great.

Nothing, to be honest. The only thing, although we didn't avail their taxi or car services prices were on the very high side.

We stayed at the Marriott for one night after staying at the desert tent before we caught the overnight train to Jaipur. The hotel lobby was grand and provided a lot of recreational facilities to the guests. The breakfast was one of the best during our trip. They allowed us to stay in the hotel and used the facility after check out as our night train was at 11pm. The complimentary tea time with snacks and cultural performances were a very nice touch also
