1) Toilet’s flashing water spray was strong ….. important ( B315 ) ( B301, B306, B308 are water spray is not strong …. not ok ) 2) Clean up as improved …. water glass, spoon 3) Drain shower water & sink water …… improved no stuck on drain( B315 ) ( B306 ….. fully not drain, B308 ….. Darin very very slow, can not take shower last time stay )

1) Staff’s motorcycle take parking car park space beside cooking room( next to electric charging space ) everyday. If it’s staff’s motorcycle, should park the other area. 2) Remote Controller …. lid of battery is very easy to open as just grasp( catch, touch ). room B315

quiet, large room

The Accomodation was very clean, well maintained and homely. There was decent breakfast, and checking in and out of the hotel was very smooth. The housekeeping ladies at the Rinda Building were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They ensured that even if we put on do not disturb, to leave us with toiletries and essential outside for us to use for the day.

According to the front desk, the hotel enforces a one-pillow-per-person policy. My husband and I often request extra pillows and are generally fine with paying an additional fee. However, at Phurinda, the situation was different. The bed was somewhat firm, and the pillows provided were uneven. This wasn’t a major issue, but we were disappointed when our request for extra pillows was firmly declined. We politely asked them to reconsider, but they refused, which struck us as uncharacteristically rigid. Ultimately, we ended up purchasing additional pillows ourselves. The same rule applied to towels: one per person, with no extras available. While I tried not to let it affect our stay, it was frustrating, especially given that we were paying a higher rate than other nearby accommodations and were willing to pay any additional fees for extra items.

Location nearby the work place, snack minibar in room

Breakfast not variety, air con too cold, cannot adjust to suitable temp. The pillow should softer. The desk is not suit for working. Shower Water is too warm, cannot be adjusted. At this price, all above should be better. The microwave should be provided.

Time to time improve each point as follow my request, this is respectable for stayers as nice.

Many time it was found some not maintained point. B205 1) Bath Towel hanging bar was not stucked to wall well. 2) Water faucet head also stucked not well 3) TV Remote Contole's battery lid is easily drop out many rooms Maybe better to check each room's facility condition as check 1 by 1 on "Check Sheet" as same with 4 or 5 star hotels in Bangkok frequently. Please consider customer pay room fee every time without discount, without to hear sorry from hotel officially. I saw every time like above problems. Staffs are nice, please improve urgently.

1) quiet 2) there is many parking space 3) large room 4) still new facilities 5) improved to clean up coffee glass(cup), until last stay always be very dirty as need to wash before take coffee 6) No need to pay by credit card 7) Improved to decrease write down personal informations when check inn ( previously required to write down too many things )

1) difficult drain water at shower space( almost every time ) 2) every time when check inn, required to sign “ No smoking” even I don’t smoke & drink every day the other hotel never require us to sign like this Japan, Europe, Asia, hope to be improved.
