The property is in the university campus but is privately run. Staff was very helpful. Plenty of parking. Relatively quiet at night although close to the highway. Room is large and decently equipped. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Thai choices were tasty. Nice fruit selection. Inexpensive. Will stay here again next time. Recommended for those looking for value for money accommodation with standard services.

The entrance from the main road is a bit confusing. Aircon a bit too cold and loud but we managed to open the window for fresh air. No coffee supplies. Water flow irregular.

The spacious room, super soft pillows and bedsheet, cleanness, nice smell, supportive, friendly and active staff :) Totally loved and enjoyed time here

The toilet door stuck and a bit difficult to open, but it’s all fine, compared to the pros of this hotel

The area was quiet. Very clean. Customer service great. I wish I could remember her name. I asked directions for 7-11, she proceeded to give me directions, saw I was confused and said she can help me order on Line for delivery. 10mins of her time, spoke good english helped me a lot. Very good customer service.

There was no phone, to call fir room service or front desk. Which I found was odd. Other than that, was very good.

The hotel staff were friendly, the good sized room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. The Breakfast was only 150/adult and FREE for young children - it was great value.

The only comment I'd make is that not all the heaters were working to keep the hot food hot. Most of it was cold, and whilst Thais can eat hot food cold, foreigners like hot food hot. In fairness, I guess one could have asked for it to have been microwaves hot.

Room was very spacious, comfortable, great AC with modern appliances.

No swimming pool, no bathtub, 2 trainees were very friendly and helpful, the 2 reception employees can use some training on communicating with customers and how to welcome guests.

Well decorated, new, clean, spacious room.

The electric was not well function, light would go off for no reason during the stay, the AC temp could be adjusted but the actual room temp was never changed , it was freezing at all time.

The rooms were very big and well maintained. Great little cafe on the ground floor. Very secure being within the university grounds with 24hr security staffed entrances.

Room was big and look like in pictures. It was also clean.

Soundproofing was not good so you could hear everything from hallway and next door.

Value for money. Professional and very helpful staff. Cleanliness of room. Decent breakfast.

Room A/C was a bit loud.
