Baan Canalee is a lovely spot. The houses themselves are spacious and luxurious with lots of lovely interesting design feature. The garden and breakfast area are pretty and, again, full of lovely thoughtful design touches. The location is great and the staff are truly helpful and obliging. One note to consider; by default they will respect your privacy and not enter your premises for cleaning unless you ask them to. There is absolutely no problem here and the staff will do an excellent job if you ask them to do so - but it is best to be aware that the default is to leave you to your own devices.

The units are very nice and clean, with 2 levels and two bedrooms. The beds were not as comfortable as we are used to at home but firm, as expected in Thailand. The unit had two full bathrooms, wifi, and a tv with streaming. There is also a small kitchen area with a sink and a refrigerator. Outside, there is a beautiful garden and breakfast area.There is free coffee and toast available, which guests can make themselves. However, we requested a full breakfast every morning, and it was exceptional.They offer excellent coffee drinks from their coffee bar at a small additional price. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful with arranging transportation for us around the city. Highly recommended place to stay in Ayutthaya.

Great stay in a cosy house. Amazing small garden with a very nice place to relax and enjoy the small river passing though the backyard. Very large spaces in the house and incredible helpfull and charming owner.

Neighbourhood only easy accessable by car, or public transport (tuk tuk, taxi, ...), but the owner made it very easy for us to call a tuk tuk. She also explained the driver to pick us up again after diner, so all was very fine!

The host was very kind and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay at Baan Canalee. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning appreciated. Baan Calaee also has a beautiful garden, a peaceful place to relax. The location was a little out of the way from the main sights of town, but easily accessible for a few baht. We can only recommend this accommodation if you are looking for somewhere quiet and spacious.

Location is about between the old city and newly built malls and close by the train station. The house is spacious and owner is extremely helpful. Little garden at the back is pretty neat and sweet.

Be prepared with mozzies sprays and always keep door closed. The bridge construction outside it's main road caused a little traffic during peak hours.

The location was very good, very close to the temples and all 4 of us got bicycles so we could see all the temples by bike. The appartment was very big and had airco in living- and sleepingrooms. Our host was helpfull.

A little bit more information about things to do, and we didn't know that there was toast fot breakfast.

Very cosy, next to the river. Simple but nice rooms. Bikes that we could use to check out the city. Owner was so nice to have us take a late shower after checkout to catch the night train.

Spacious room like a house with kitchenware that you can bring the food and eat in the house.

The parking spot right in front of your door in the small alley that might be difficult for those who don't drive well in little soi.

Very cool, eclectic decor, lovely garden, nice to have a little flat and a cool little oasis in the blazing heat!

The Smart TV is a dud (at least in our flat). it’s unresponsive and a waste of time. Wi-Fi was intermittent at times and the signal was limited to the living room.

Very friendly staff and wonderful facilities. It is very peaceful to sit along the canal. The location is pretty close to town, but requires a car. There is parking in front of the room.
