We loved the swimming pool and the place had a really fresh feel after being redecorated after we last visited 2 years ago. We LOVED the pool and how relaxed it is and great for families

The room had a very comfortable bed, a fridge, kettle etc., shower room and toilet. Everything you needed...nothing fancy, but all perfectly acceptable. The swimming pool was nice. The location was quiet, down a side road off a main (ish) road that had a number of restaurants and bars, (and a couple of supermarkets a little further down the road). The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. There was a tuk tuk service available most of the time, to take you to the sights, (and if it was busy they rang for someone else).

TV was rubbish, the reception was poor and only local TV, but not important.

Great location for visiting the historic park at a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. We had some issues with the electric in our room but it was promptly sorted and they were very apologetic even though it was no ones fault. The pool is clean and not too cold with lots of seating, making it a pleasant escape from the afternoon sun. Breakfast was reasonable with lots of fruit, toast and cake, juices, tea and coffee and you could also order eggs. All in all a pleasant stay.

The resort is a little tired in places although it was kept very clean. Also although they advertise parking this is extremely limited and not in a specific car park.just the lane outside.

We had a great stay. The rooms were simple, nice, and clean. Not luxurious but good value for money. We traveled with 2 families and all kids had a great time and enjoyed the pool (nice and clean). Some people wrote about PU aggressively selling their travel options to tourists. I did not feel like this. She runs her business and there is nothing wrong in pointing out what is on offer. The TukTuk trip and boat trip she suggested were great, comfortable and well organised. So you might get away a bit cheaper if you organise things yourself but we were very happy with all her suggestions and we felt it was good value for money. The breakfast ordering was a bit chaotic but PU was always very quick rectifying small mistakes from staff with a smile. And the quality was very good and not too expensive. Our son forgot some stuff on the boat trip and PU quickly organised the next day to get it delivered to the Hotel. I have only good things to say and it was a pleasure talking to PU about her backpacking trips. I wish you all the best.

The location is excellent, walkable to on island temples, to restaurants, and to the minivan station for departures elsewhere. The pool really makes it after a hot day wandering around temples! There were multiple areas to hang out. The rooms were simple but very clean. The hotel provided lots of water.

There was no safe in the room: you were expected to use your own lock on a locker in the lobby, which you had to empty every night. The sink in the bathroom was tiny; this would not have been a problem except the shelf above it was very low, so it was almost impossible to brush your teeth and rinse out your mouth without getting water on your feet.

Very lovely staff,very helpful .A wonderful breakfast spread,many fresh fruit options,yoghurt,cooked eggs of any kind,toast,spreads etc.On site tuktuk, close to good restaurants ESPECIALLY SIKRAM Thai Food over road diagonally from entrance road.We loved their food - cleanliness.Good pool.Plenty of free drinking water available.No lift for elderly.We were given 3rd floor and had asked for ground.But they keep the ground floor rooms for people with children as wooden floors upstairs cause noise problem.Overall a good budget accom near all sights.

People complain about the small bathrooms & shower that wets floor but hey what do you expect.5 star for a 2 star price?Get real It was all very adequate .

Pool was fab for the kids to dip straight out of the room. They also liked the tiny dogs at the property. Three beds in the family room worked really well for our slightly older kids. Breakfast was good - fruit and eggs. When we arrived the next boat tour was leaving in 15mins - they kindly rushed us on it which was a great way to spend the evening. The street outside is good for coffee, food, beers without having to go far.

There are mosquitos all over Ayutthaya - NOT the properties fault - but bring bug spray / long clothes.

This property is handled by Miss Pu who knows perfectly her hotel, her guests and her city. We loved the location of the hotel - next to the center and next to many places to have lunch / diner. Rooms are super comfortable and the pool was the cherry on the cake after a good day of visit. All was arranged for us to enjoy fully our visit of the city - Tuk Tuk and boat tour with locals - allowing us to enjoy without the troubles ! Ah and breakfast was super nice !

Nothing to say. It’s not luxury but it was a great value for money for a family of 5 !

Very clean and in a good location near cafes and bars and market. Walkable to historical park. Pleasant pool and good breakfast in nice surroundings. They change your bed linen every day which is appreciated. Thank you Sue for your kindness and help ! Sorry not to see you before we left.

There was a beautiful view of a small lake with water lilies from our little balcony. Unfortunately the chair cushions outside on our balcony were all faded,frayed and badly torn and did not make it inviting-just a small thing but new cushions would make all the difference!

Very friendly and helpful host, if you have nothing booked tours or any idea what to do or where to go, they are happy to help. We had a family room, super comfy beds and huge, aircon worked perfectly, pool is big as well . We did 2 tours organized from the hotel and they were worth it , super nice sunset view breakfast was very good

It's a small hotel and they give their best so if you want to find things you will . Thank you for being such honest nice hosts.
