Beautiful oasis in the heart of Ayutthaya, the serene Gardens are very peaceful and offer respite from the hot day. The location is very convenient to all of the historical sights and close to lovely restaurants and more. Breakfast was generous and enough to prepare us for the day ahead. Lovely friendly staff and gorgeous rooms make this a place you want to stay.

We had the front room and it was quite light at night time due to the outside lights. Not good for light sleepers but okay if you wear a sleep mask. Air conditioning also kept cutting in and out during the night so we would wake up hot then cold, perhaps we didn't work out the correct setting.

Everything! The staff are lovely, the rooms are extremely clean, and the beds are comfy. The garden is tranquil and is in a quiet location, despite being 1 minute walk to the main road. The American breakfast is nice, and they also give you watermelon and mini banana muffins. The photos make it look older than it is - it's modern and lovely. We travelled as a family of 5 (3ad + 9yo + 7yo). They kindly stored our luggage for the day until we caught the 133 sleeper train to Laos. 5 min walk down the road we can highly recommend a restaurant [something like Sabong). It's not street food. It's very affordardable with Thai food, fries, delicious smoothies, fab deserts, and is constantly jam-packed.

Nothing we didn't like. Just to give you the heads up, that the Asian breakfast is as it says - boiled chicken in a soup wjth rice. There is an American breakfast that our kids liked.

We decided to stay 2 nights at Ayutthaya, since we’re doing a round trip of Thailand. From the moment of our arrival, the 2 host ladies were super kind and welcoming! They even gave us a room upgrade for our honeymoon. The room was very spacious and clean. The location features a big garden, which is very relaxing and very well maintained. It’s beautiful! The breakfast was great as well, with both savoury dishes and sweet treats. If we ever happen to visit Ayutthaya again, we will book this stay again without a doubt. It was very nice staying here!

The hotel has a nice garden which is a great place for breakfast or an afternoon cuppa. Good location that's a short walk to the train station (across the ferry) and easy to access ruins. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room could have been cleaner. Also, it's important to realize this is a converted old wooden Thai house that was originally built for a family. The walls are thin wood and you can hear a lot of what is going on. As long as other guests are respectful, this isn't an issue but if you're a light sleeper, consider earplugs.

Charming family-run hotel with a serene garden. Our room was comfortable and well-lit with beautiful views into the garden (we saw big geckos in the evening). Despite being near a busy market area, the hotel itself is in a quiet interior courtyard. Staff/owners were friendly and welcoming. They didn't speak much English, but this was not a problem, and everything went smoothly. They accommodated our early arrival.

Homey vibe. Beautiful homestay. Clean environment. Breakfast included. We are muslim, and can't consume the bacon and sausage that are included the breakfast set so the staff took note of our diet and omit them (just fried egg, salad, fruits). Simple yet delicious. All staffs can't speak english but they tried their best to assist during our stay, and always smile. So happy with their service and accommodation. There are some bicycles that guests can use for free. If you want to cycle outside, don't forget to ask for bicycle lock chain from the staff. Walking distance to convenience shops. There is a local morning market down the road too.

No proper reception desk or any sign that indicate where to meet the homestay staff for check in/out. On our second day, a couple of new guests randomly walked into our house because they want to check-in, and thought that our unit is the reception (it's the first unit in the complex). The staff's quarter is the small house unit in between two larger units. But no signage to indicate it. That's the only uncomfortable experience. Other than that, everything was good.

This place is a hidden gem. Quiet, homey with beautiful artistic touches. Air conditioning works great. Staff is so kind and helpful even though we couldn’t speak the language. They connected us with a friendly tuktuk and boat tour. Very nice garden. This is walking distance from some shops and markets. The area outside the gates seems different but overall we were safe and people were friendly.

Bathrooms are a little old looking but they function fine. I did not know geckos were normal in Thailand, but once I realized they are harmless we were fine.

Loved the location - close to a local market and Tuk tuk stand. Grounds are stunning and the staff are kind and helpful. They helped us with organizing transport, massage and laundry. Breakfast was delicious. We booked the four bedroom house for our family and every room was beautiful. We really loved staying here.

The place is Lovely. Amazing peaceful garden in town. I recommand 200%. Thr staff is more than friendly, there were helpfull with everything. From the guest house you are at 10 minutes by walking from the old City, and 2 minutes from the Market. The provide free breakfast, the fried Rice is yummy ! Perfect with kids !

We had a great time, looks like a green oasis in the middle of Ayutthaya. The staff is lovely, had to translate everything using google, but nothing was too much to ask.

Room was lovely and good sanitary, but you will have to expect the bathroom being on the opposite site of a shared hall. Meaning you can't walk in your underwear for example. Bathroom was really hot, but clean and fine. There wasn't a bed, but a matras on the floor, once again, this wasn't anything bad, because the matras slept great. Just don't expect anything too fancy. Only thing we really were a little disappointed with was that the bicycles weren't available due to maintance. We sort of selected this stay because of that ability. Which meant we had to hire them at another place and paid for that.
