Hotels location is awesome - you are almost in the middle of the historic park. You can borrow a scooter for few hundreds of baht or rent a tuk-tuk with a driver for 1-2 hours excursion type of thing. Massage in the hotel - must do! Cheap and good! Owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful.

Please, save yourself 120 baht/person for the breakfast - it's definitely not worth it. Simple toast bread, chemical-like fruit spread. Fruits were fresh some days ago and 'warm soup' is in a warmer that is not plugged in ;) Room is missing chairs and place where to put your stuff - there are possibilities to sit and relax/plan in shared places, but in the room there is only bed. Also count on having your backpack/luggage on the floor.

Loved this place, one of the best places I have ever stayed, we had the best time. The garden with the Hammock is just beautiful, the rooms are classic style, clean and just felt like a home away from home. The decor and design throughout the whole place is so good! The staff are all so friendly and there’s a great, very chilled music bar with camp-chairs just outside the hotel with good food and drinks. The location is also perfect, will definitely be coming back!

The Park Ayutthaya Resort And Spa has a great location next to the historic park and downtown. But, what I think we most enjoyed about our stay was the amazing garden. I feel like the pictures of this hotel don t really do it justice for the lovely atmostphere the garden creates. Our rooms were quite big and comfortable. We booked the family room and a double room, which were both on the upper floor of the old building. We were warned by the receptionist to tip-toe at night, because the floors were quite noisy when walked on, but this was not really a problem for us. We decided to pay extra for the breakfast because there were no cafes/restaurants directly next to the hotel. The breakfast was simple but good...rice soup, bread and eggs. We were a bit concerned about restaurants closing after 17h since the hotel is in a very touristy area, but we were able to find many places still open, only 10-15 minutes walk away, and had some great meals. We were able to rent bikes for the day through the hotel, and the receptionist was even able to organize a couple smaller bikes for our younger children. Biking through the historic park was very enjoyable and a great way to see the old temples, but the roads were quite intimitating at times (although drivers in Thailand seem to be quite cautious). In general the hotel seems very safe and well-maintained (the gate always remain locked). Someone in our party forgot their bag in the garden over night, but someone had found it and turned it in safely.

There is a bar right outside the hotel gate which has live music late into the evening. If you happen to have a room with windows facing the garden, it can be quite noisy and last past midnight. We stayed 2 nights and during the first night we experienced quite loud music. Good thing we were all exhausted and were able to fall asleep anyway.

the staff are friendly and helpful. We visited at end of December in the middle of a festival in the town. The roads to the hotel were all blocked because the hotel was at the location where the festival held. We circled around trying to find an access but to no success. Finally, we made a call to the hotel and asked a local to explain where we were. The hotel staff came to find us and directed us to the premises. The festival was held at the historical park which is next to the hotel. They have an open air street side cafe with live band. Really enjoyed it. Next day we rented bicycles from the hotel which is free, and they made every effort to find one that fitted our height and liking. The breakfast was great, especially the rice soup.

the hotel could have informed us of the festival and that the roads to access it would be blocked, thus save us the time to circled around the town to find a way to get in.

Location n the lovely garden

The property doesn't have WhatsApp. Need to phone.. The phone number given to contact is wrong . Sent msg to property via booking.com no response. Made several calls all failed. Found a no in Google map. Can't WhatsApp. Had to call n managed to speak to the staff. When checking in tried to tell the staff the phone no to contact given in booking.com sys is wrong. She doesn't seem to understand.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It was easy to find, we just opened the big metal gate and drove into the front area where there are a few parking spots. I was worried about the heat at first because our room was upstairs and it was a LOT hotter upstairs than downstairs, but the AC worked great and we were comfortable. The property is very nice with beautiful landscaping, but we only stayed 1 night and spent our time exploring the nearby temples so didn't spend any time in the garden. The location is nice because we were walking distance from one of the two sites we wanted to see, but it was so hot and Tuk Tuks were so easy to grab we ended up using Tuk Tuks for getting around anyway. It was still fun though to be surrounded by all the stupas. No breakfast included but you can add it for a small cost; but we just had a quick breakfast of our own food on the common patio table upstairs outside of our room.

The private/attached bathroom had a lot of ventilation to the outside so we couldn't really keep it cool with the room air conditioner. We just kept the door closed to the bathroom so the bedroom would be comfortable, but that meant the bathroom was always very hot. Not a big deal, just a minor annoyance.

Set so close to the historical part of Ayutthaya we could get around easily. We rented bikes but quickly returned then for newer models which the staff were happy to do. The gated grounds were beautiful and very peaceful. The room was neat and clean with great aircon.

The pad lock we have to open to get into the grounds was impossible. I struggled every time. The rental bikes need servicing, and it pays to check them over before taking off.

The room was huge, plenty of space. The bathroom and shower were fine. The staff were excellent during check in and arranging city tours as well as organising us transport to Don Mueang. The location is perfect for the Ayutthaya ruins. You couldn't get closer if you tried. You can see them from the property. Amazing. There is a little start up bar in the evenings outside the property which is nice to chill and relax after a day temple viewing.

Nothing, everything was great.

A very comfortable bed and stylish room. Close to historic city and a few nice restaurants.

Walls quite thin with noisy neighbours but dealt with by staff on first night.so thanks.

Location, ambience are great.

Breakfast is not included, but you can pay and get served. But their breakfast was terrible.. They don't have a kitchen, they serve super market items. Luckily, a couple of good cafes are barely 10 mins away by walk - certainly worth the effort.
