I liked it. It's a no fuss hotel in the center of Ayutthaya. Check in and check out were immediate, which I always appreciate. They don't hassle you for tours and that kind of thing which I also like. It's right on the main road so getting around and navigating is easy. The room has a fridge, beds are decently comfortable, and the staff were very nice.

The main window looks into the courtyard and the other windows are stained, so there's not much sunlight without sacrificing privacy. It's basically a US motel or extended stay if you know that reference

Great Budget guest house,rooms really clean,great Aircon,beds were comfortable,drinking water available,staff were friendly and arranged another night for me.

It's located on a really busy main road you have to walk around 10/15 minutes to temple city,if you arrive by train get a tik tuk and don't end up walking down motorway like l did to get to guesthouses,Google maps is really deceiving with this one !! Guest house it's self though clean and comfortable!

The host is very nice, although they barely speak English. The place is clean. It's not far away from the ruins or the night market.

It's by the road so you get to hear all the traffic starting at 6am which isn't all that great if you're a light sleeper.

The staff are very helpful, even with the language barrier they try to answer your questions, I really liked that, they have restaurant where you can have breakfast,you can rent a cycle to explore the city

It seems like the shower is next to sink and toilet all together but It's something you get used to in Thailand

Clean, very affordable, good AC. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of parks, monuments, river, and night markets.
