The hotel is on the river with good views over town. There are restaurants nearby at ferry over river, but as they are near ferry and train they are geared to do Thai food to tourists taste so very bland. If you take a tuk tuk over railway lines and up to large round about and once there go left there is a really good Thai place on right, you just ask them to make up dish you want and it is really good but long wait as very busy, the owner drove us back to hotel

The staff were not very welcoming on arrival or at breakfast, so unlike our usual Thai greetings.

Parking space was nice and enough. Breakfast was nice and comfortable. Very clean and comfortable bed. Easy access to historic park and local restraurant.

At first, when i approach to the hotel, infront of the road was under construction. So, my navigation couldn't find a way to the hotel. The main bridge nearby connecting historic park was also under construction, so it was not so easy to find appropriate way to go.

The hotel has a very good location, with many parking spaces. During our stay there were road works but there was not much noise coming from that, however it added on to the walking time towards the centre. Staff were all pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast buffet has a vast array of options to choose from, the hotel also offers evening meals with a menu which has plenty to choose from.

Good location near the railway station. The room is big enough and the view is good. The river view is satisfactory.

Although the location is generally good, because the hotel is located just near the bridge, when we move somewhere, we need to U-turn the road. It seems a bit inconvenient, and time consuming. The Chinese restaurant closes very early, and we could not use the service.

Excellent location, just outside the centre of the ancient capital where all the temples are located. In fact we hired bicycles (60baht per day ) from just round the corner of the hotel. We dined in the hotel restaurant 2 evenings & on both occasions the food was really good, as was the service and overall good value for money. Breakfast had a plentiful selection, catering for all nationalities. We took advantage of the swimming pool which was an added bonus, albeit a little cold when you first get in. We were also able to park for free on the premises

The location was good, overlooking the river and a short walk from the train station and available tuktuks for touring the city. The included breakfast was good and the restaurant had a good selection of food and the patio overlooking the river was great.

There was a bit of a language barrier with no-one conversant in english at the front desk but they did try very hard. Perhaps that led to the other issue, we were not told of all the amenities of the hotel and had to discover them for ourselves.

A large hotel by the river. Its outside of the tourist attraction so we had to find our mode of transportation to get the old city. Its a pity they didnt have a large room for our family of three so we had to book two rooms beside each other. The breakfast was okay, but more Asian style breakfast and slim for choices like yogurt. Dinner at this hotel was outstanding. It was worth the price and more. Both nights we ate at the hotel over looking the river - we even got a discount. The food is outstanding its the best, if you stay here you must try their food at the main restaurant as they have Italian and Chinese and we didnt eat there. Traditional Thai food is so good and well presented. The rooms were comfortable. No English channels on tv for news.

The staff didnt speak much English - not really helpful for us to get a taxi or tuktuk - we had to speak to them parked outside to strike a bargain to the old city. They dont have to speak excellent English but a bit more helpful to understand us would've been good.

Breakfast had good options - local Thai dishes, and also good selection of fruit and salads. Pastries were best we've tasted outside France! Coffee excellent, appreciated a real pot of coffee, not a machine. Staff were very helpful and printed a VISA for us. We liked the decor of the hotel and our riverside location.

Air conditioning seemed to need refreshing as it smelled a bit musty at times. More luggage racks. Extra bed pillows would be nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Large hotel with all facilities. Big rooms with comfortable beds and chairs. Bathroom with bath and shower. Secure parking on site. Excellent wifi. Good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice - both Thai and western food on offer. Excellent riverside reataurant with live music, though a little expensive.

Like most large hotels, a slightly sterile impersonal atmosphere.

The breakfast was over the top. The size of room... view of river with all of the barge activity was outstanding. Excellent shower. The hotel is across the road from the train station and close to 7-11 and delightful Seven Seas restaurant.

There should be a fan in the bathroom and a place to refill water bottles.
