This charming family-run guesthouse exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth and hospitality. You can tell they are truly dedicated hosts who genuinely care about their guests' experience. The location ist just a short walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring so convenient. The guesthouse itself has such a cozy, homey atmosphere that made us feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. One small concern we had was parking, as it wasn't clearly indicated on their website. However, this turned out to be no problem at all! The owner immediately stepped in to help and personally guided us to a parking spot just around the corner - such thoughtful service! The personal touch and genuine care from this lovely family made our trip truly special. We felt so welcomed and well looked after. This is exactly the kind of authentic, heartwarming experience you hope for when traveling. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a memorable stay with wonderful hosts!

This was an absolutely awesome place to stay at. It's close to all the attractions, yet still in a quiet part of town. The hosts were exceptional in their care, really some of the best service I've had in my travels. The rooms are more like little cabins of your own, all spotless and and well cared for. And the beds were especially great, I've had some of the best sleep here, out of any place I've stayed at. All else was in fine order too. It's simple one of the best places I've stayed at in all my travels.

This place was simply perfect! The location is unbeatable - central yet quiet, so you can relax and still be close to everything. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We truly appreciate everything and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone – we’ll definitely be back!

The guest house is very clean and quiet, the service is very good! The owner is super friendly and helpful, communication is uncomplicated and we felt very welcome at any time! It is located close to the historic city center, where you can go by bike (included) or tuktuk in a few minutes. The breakfast area overlooks a park with ancient temple fragments and every room has a big balcony surrounded by trees. There are restaurants and temples in walking distance. Location is very good for everyone who wants to experience different parts of the city and is planning a long stay!

Pan Din Boutique is an outstanding guesthouse. It is both homely and welcoming and you will be very well looked after by hardworking brother and sister Nack and Pear. On arrival I was given a welcome drink and having let the guesthouse know in advance of my arrival time my room had been pre-cooled. The meticulously clean rooms are well appointed with excellent WiFi, efficient air conditioning and free Netflix. My upstairs room (#2) had a balcony and was bright and sunny. The guesthouse is safe, secure and quiet at night. A delicious substantial breakfast is served outside in a peaceful setting from 7am. Thai or western options are available as vegetarian or non-vegetarian. A laundry service is available or there are self-service laundries within walking distance. Bicycles are free for guests to use and scooter rental can be arranged at very reasonable rates. Location is unbeatable as it is just a very short walk or cycle to all the major places of interest ‘on the island’. It is also close to many excellent eateries and amenities (convenience stores, ATMs, pharmacies, etc). It is walking distance (15 minutes) to the lively night-market but the guesthouse does very conveniently provide a free nightly shuttle at 630pm. This fabulous guesthouse offers incredible value for money, and I would very highly recommend Pan Bin Boutique to everyone. It is without question one of the best guesthouses I have had the privilege to stay in and is the perfect example of how a guesthouse should be run. Nack and Pear are amazing.They are meticulous and conscientious in their service and go out their way to help you. So, thank you for being such wonderful hosts and for all your kind generous hospitality. I could not have asked for more and I enjoyed Ayutthaya all the more thanks to you. My only regret is that l could not stay longer! 

Great location, you are right next to the sites and you can borrow bikes ! The rooms are very spacious with a nice bathroom, you even have a TV with access to Netflix which was a nice bonus. The staff is very nice and breakfast is good. You can book a boat tour through them for 200 BHT (+ 100 BHT for the tuk tuk bringing you to the pier) which takes you to 2 temples and a historical site and is much worth it !

Everything about this property was great! The staff/family at the accommodation were super lovely and helpful, their pets were adorable and the provided breakfast was delicious. The place is really close to the temple ruins and there are free bicycles available for use. We also rented a scooter from the hotel and it was in really good condition and very reasonably priced. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Free Netflix, bottled water and daily room cleaning.

Tucked away off the main roads but still accessible to the sights. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet (except for the ubiquitous Thai Koels!), comfortable and well presented. I took one of the free bikes out for a day on the road and it went like a charm. Just across the road is a Ma & Pa eatery that did great meals for lunch and there is a night time restaurant just around the corner. The free breakfast was great. Highly recommended place to stay. FYI: tuk-tuk from train station 150 B, to the train station 100 B.

Lovely family and really attentive and nice owner! he always made sure that we have everything we needed and helped always out with questions. Breakfast was really good - scrambled and fried eggs, bread, fresh coffee, milk and cereal, butter, Marmelade, juice, fresh fruit… And you can use the bicicle for free to explore the area :)

The area around is not that nice but with bike and grab you’re good!
