It’s a very nice place to stay with AC.Perfect location just a hundred meters from the Temples. Food was the best I’ve ate in Thailand. The staff was adorable.

My room was on the 3rd floor and bringing the bags was not very easy,I guess I have to backpack only the next time 😅 Also it would have been strongly appreciated to have a little help about the places to visit (beside the map) cause there are so many temples but have no idea which ones should have absolutely visit in such a short time,I’ve got the help from the guy from one of the temples.

The location of this hotel is excellent, just a few steps away from Ayutthaya Night Market and the most famous landmarks like Wat Ratchaburana and Wat Mahathat. We arrived in Ayutthaya by minivan from Bangkok, and it was only a 5-minute walk from where we were dropped off to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed very warmly. The staff were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and kind. The room and the hotel were exceptionally clean. The AC worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi speed and stability were excellent. Free shampoo and soap were provided in the room. The balcony of our room was a lovely spot where we could enjoy the beautiful green view of the city. The bathroom was spotless, the water pressure was great, and the warm water was stable. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest. On our last day, we checked out, and since our train to Chiang Mai was at 23:36, we needed to leave our backpacks at the hotel until the evening. Although the hotel's policy allows storing bags only until 8 PM, the manager and reception staff kindly made an exception and let us keep them until 10 PM, which was a great favor. We were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ayutthaya.

The location was great for us as we had gone to see the temples and they were literally a 5 minute walk away. The hotel also had bikes to rent which was useful. They were quite a few restaurants around, mostly towards the temples, which we found to be good. The staff were helpful, arranging a boat trip for us and also a long distance taxi to our next destination.

Absolutely amazing stay at one love. The location is perfect! The historical sites are literally at the end of the road. There’s also a decent bar at the end of the road and a 7 eleven a couple of minutes walk away. I was welcomed very warmly and despite a mix up with booking.com I was given an upgrade to a private bungalow at no extra price. The hotel also offers breakfast and bike loans. Amazing staff and amazing place in the best location in Ayutthya and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place and will be staying here again on my next visit!

More of a hostel vibe than hotel. Some of the furniture/furnishings were a bit tatty/stained but the bed linen was clean and overall very good considering the price

Overall I would say the place is OK, but not exceptional. Our room was located around 200m from the offficial address, but this wasn't a problem as it's still a very central location. The bathroom was very nice, and the AC worked fine.

There was a very strong cigarette odour in our room which wasn't great. I'd have appreciated being provided with a fresh bedsheet instead of a blanket on the bed as I doubt it gets washed between each booking. I would not recommend hiring bicycles from this place as they are in a terrible condition.

The owner & staff were extremely welcoming and facilitating . The hotel has a restaurant and I really enjoyed the lunch . The location is perfect, next to historical temples, restaurants, massage and nail bar. Walking around the town is super safe, plenty to explore .

Extremely well located property (quiet street near temples, night market and utilities) Rooms are very nice with AC ! You might get cold if you are not used to it but it can be turned off! You can even rent bikes.
