The location of the hotel is ideal, close to the station and a short walk to markets, restaurants, bars and the port. The staff were very friendly and courteous. They kindly allowed me to leave my luggage at their hotel whilst I waited until my late flight, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and with a very good shower for hotels. Towels changed daily. The bed was nice and comfortable and the air con worked well, needed in the hot weather whilst I stayed. Considering everything above, I felt it was a very good hotel and value for money, worthy of the many positive reviews it already has and this one as well.

Location is excellent,less than10min walk from the train station. Turn left out the door of the hotel and it's less than 15min walk to the port, you're 5min from city centre with loads of shops and restaurants. Turn right and you are less than 50mts from a main bus route with access to nearby beach if you want. We stayed in room 409, very clean, seperate bedroom, bathroom, toilet modern and spotlessly clean. There was also a wardrobe with loads of space and good air-conditioning in the room. The bathroom had a bath with overhead shower and a wall mounted hair dryer. The bedroom had a courtyard view( I knew this when I booked), it did not take away from the quality of the room but upgrade to a street view if available, we just kept the window open and curtains closed( our choice). The front desk staff were very polite, friendly and extremely helpful, they even gave me an iron board and iron, spoke english and all were very accommodating, including nightstaff. We stayed here for 4 nights. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after we checked out, this was very helpful as it allowed us to walk around the city before getting the train. If you are a couple visiting Toulon, save yourself the hassel and just stay here, I thought it was great value for the location, easy access to city, bus network and the port ( get the ferry to St Mandrier, €4.00 return, for a swim and a pleasant trip across the harbour, ask at hotel reception) Enjoy Barry

Large, bright and comfortable room, great bed. Bathroom of a high standard. Everything was very clean and well decorated. Excellent location for exploring the town and access to the station. Friendly & welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Nothing not to like, possibly tea/coffee facilities in room, how these were available downstairs.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The Hotel is simple/basic enough, but does everything well. The location is also very good, next to the bus to the beach, 5 minute walk to the train, and 10 minute walk to the ferry (to go to another beach).

Nothing really

Good clean room with two balconies. We asked for a room with a bath and were given one. The idea of offering free hot drinks throughout the day was excellent. The hotel is very central. There are two big underground carparks within four or five minutes, both alas with very small parking places. Check in from 1400 appreciated. Good that the hotel is completely non-smoking.

Some of the bathroom fitments didn't work very well.

we were very well located, close to the port, the old town, the markets, shopping but not too busy, noisy. we had an excellent room, street view but high enough with big french doors and a balcony, a perfect way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Good, clean room. Sparkling bathroom. V friendly and informative staff with excellent English. V close to rail station and walkable to town centre and harbour.

Good location and ideal if you are catching a ferry in the morning to Corsica. Also a 5 minute walk from the railway station.

Our room was a little small but that was acceptable for a one night stay.

I liked the room, the way I was treated in the reception, and the location was very good.

The day before the day of my departure my room was not cleaned

Good basic hotel. Very nice staff. Close to walk to town or the waterfront. Supermarket close by if needed. Short distance to walk from train station.
