Excellent location, just a 15-minute walk from the train station. Beautiful property right on the central square – lively in the evenings and very close to the waterfront. Breakfast included packaged croissants and coffee.

Please note there was no internet connection one evening/night, and the balcony door was locked "for safety reasons".

The hotel is located in an old building, right in the central square but there is no noise.It really looks like a palace, huge rooms furnished with antique furniture, old books .It even has a living room furnished like in a fairy tale.I liked it very much .The cleanliness is superlative.

The rooms we could access were gorgeous: high ceilings, elaborate furnishings, just as shown in pictures. The staff took time to tell us about the history of the building and the family who owned it. All areas are very clean and provide a calm atmosphere of luxury. The location could not be more central. Our room was quiet and spacious. You definitely get more than what you pay for.

The antique bed is squeaky and thus not ideal.

Was a great location and had enormous amounts of character. Also good value and nice to stay in a palace!

Everything is great. The sea is clean nearby. The train to the city of Bari runs very often. The owner of the hotel is always in touch. Beautiful elegant building. The owner is very friendly. I recommend.

The location is great, the host was friendly, room was very big and clean. The owner was great, we had access to other rooms and breakfast. Room coffee was very nice, there were drinks in the room fridge.

The location is specatcular. The check-in process is seamless and the communication with the property fast and clear. I would particularly reccommend it to travellers in love with historical mansions, as it has a very special flair.

The room overlooks the main square, which we found being very lively and full of people until late at night. It could be a little noisy if you leave the windows open, but it didn't bother us at all.

Location was first class on the edge of a vibrant square. Old style building of extreme class and charm.

As advertised as B+B the breakfast is none existent.

The hotel offers an exceptional opportunity to feel like a royal! You lodge in a beautiful historial palace, in a spacious room and can have access to an epoque preserved salon. The location is fantastic too, right at the main town square.

Lovely spot in centre of town, easy to access with instructions provided in english. Didn't partake of breakfast as took opportunity to sit outside in sun at nearby cafe.

Had to drive round to find parking space in town, but this is true of everywhere
